Beretta 92FS
Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) uses a Beretta M92FS as one of his personal sidearms in the movie.
L1A1 SLR
A L1A1 SLR, the semiautomatic version of the FN FAL, is carried by a thug in the trailer. The rifle is an L1A1, judging by the handguards, front sights and flash hider.
H&K G36C
H&K MP5A3
M4A3
The Aesir security guard that kills Jason Colvin when Max is bringing him in for interrogation (Chris O'Donnell) uses an M4A3 assault rifle.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K appears in the movie as the weapon of choice for Mona Sax (Mila Kunis). It's most often seen with a 15-round magazine. During the climax of the movie, Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) begins his assault with two of these guns.
SIG SG 552
SG 552 carbines are carried by several Aesir Corporation bodyguards in the movie.
Sig-Sauer P226, P220
At one point in the movie, Max Payne is held at gunpoint with a Sig-Sauer P226 in 9mm. Later on, during the climax, Mona Sax passes him another P220 Carry in .45 ACP to use.
H&K UMP45
Heckler & Koch UMP submachine guns (.45 ACP versions, based on the straight magazine) appear as standard issue weapons for Aesir Corporation guards.
