The Annihilator 2000 is a fictional weapons platform that was being pitched by Axel Foley's old friend, Serge (Bronson Pinchot). The main weapon of this platform appears to be a Colt Model 723 -type rifle, but is also a conglomeration of various hip 'devices' of the day.
