Interception (Perekhvat) is a Soviet 1986 espionage movie directed by Sergei Tarasov. Steve Brewstner (Vladimir Menshov) is sent to USSR with the order to destroy the antenna of Soviet surveillance satellite system. His plans are counteracted by Soviet Border Guard warrant officer Aleksey Bakhteev (Andrei Rostotsky). A long pursuit finishes in their final encounter.

A Makarov PM pistol is a personal sidearm of Soviet Border Guard warrant officer Aleksey Bakhteev (Andrei Rostotsky).

Double barreled shotgun
A geologist holds a double barreled shotgun when Bakhteev appeared at the camp.
Rifles
AKS-74
Soviet Border Guard soldiers are armed with AKS-74 assault rifles.
Sturmgewehr 44 (visually modified to resemble M16)
Sturmgewehr 44 assault rifles, visually modified with the addition of a carrying handle, a modified front sight and shorter magazines to resemble either the M16 or the AR-10 rifles, are seen in hands of US military personnel. Visually modified StG 44s were widely used in Soviet action movies of 1970s-80s.

Nudelman-Nemenov NN-30 is a Soviet 30-mm twin automatic gun used in naval system AK-230. Two AK-230s are seen mounted on a Project 205P patrol boat of Sovier Border Guard.
