55 Days at Peking is a 1963 historical epic movie by Nicholas Ray starring Charlton Heston as Maj Matt Lewis and David Niven as Sir Arthur Robertson. The story is based on the siege of the International Compound in Peking during the 1900 Boxer Rebellion.
