The following weapons were used in the film Blade: Trinity:
Pistols
Heckler & Koch USP Match
Blade (Wesley Snipes) continues to carry dual Heckler & Koch USP Match pistols first seen in Blade II.
Beretta 92FS
In the beginning of the film, Blade (Wesley Snipes) kills a familiar, Gedge (Scott Heindl) armed with a Beretta 92FS. One of the police officers that fires at Blade and the Nightstalkers as they escape the FBI headquarters also has a Beretta 92FS.
Beretta Cougar
At the climax of the film Asher Talos (Callum Keith Rennie) tries to shoot Blade with a Beretta Cougar.
Jericho 941 R
Police Chief Martin Vreede (Mark Berry) carries a Jericho 941 R as his service pistol, but never uses it before he is relieved of it by Blade and Abby.
Smith & Wesson 610
Hannibal King's (Ryan Reynolds) sidearm is a modified Smith & Wesson Model 610. It is most notably seen when Blade (Wesley Snipes) uses it when he and the Nightstalkers escape the FBI headquarters.
This is designated "The BEEF EATER" by the weapons designer, TyRuben Ellingson.

Smith & Wesson Model 686
Abigail Whistler (Jessica Biel) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 686, which she nicknames "Lucky7" due to it's 7-shot capacity as her sidearm (a 686 with a 7-shot capacity is designated a Smith & Wesson 686 Plus).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The FBI agents that capture Blade (Wesley Snipes), and raid the hideout are armed with H&K MP5A3s fitted with tactical flashlights on the foregrips.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Two of the vampires that Blade (Wesley Snipes) kills in the beginning of the film are armed with H&K MP5Ks.
Kimel Industries AP9
The vampires that try to capture Blade (Wesley Snipes) at the FBI Headquarter are armed with AP-9s, a gun built by AA Arms/Kimel Industries and is commonly confused with the Intratec TEC-9/DC-9s. Danica Talos (Parker Posey) also uses a satin nickel version of the AP-9 when she is shooting at Abigail (Jessica Biel) on the catwalk at the end of the film.
Assault Rifles
M4A1 Carbine
One of the vampires that awaken Dracula, aka "Drake" (Dominic Purcell) in the beginning of the film has a M4A1 carbine fitted with an M203 grenade launcher.
Shotguns
Mossberg 590
One of the police officers that fires at Blade and the Nightstalkers as they escape the FBI headquarters has a Mossberg 590 with a heat-shield.
Remington 870
When the FBI raid Blade's (Wesley Snipes) hideout, Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) uses a customized Remington 870 fitted with a heat-shield, a side-saddle shell holder on the receiver in addition to a fabric shell holder on the stock, and a Surefire foregrip; When this gun runs out of ammo, he grabs a second Remington 870 with a high capacity magazine tube and uses that before he is injured.
Machine Guns
M60E4 Machine Gun
At the beginning of the film, Jarko Grimwood (Paul Levesque) carries an M60E4 machine gun.
Other
Krieghoff Model L flare pistol
A new addition to Blade's (Wesley Snipes) arsenal is a WW2 Krieghoff Model L German Signal Pistol, modified with adapters to use 12 ga ammo, modified to fire silver stakes.
Electronic Pistols
Hannibal King (Ryan Reynolds) carries a pair of fictional "Electronic Pistols" that fire "Sun Dogs," explosive rounds that emit a burst of ultraviolet light. A miniature camera is mounted next to the barrel, recording to a disc housed in the rear of the slide assembly.
Winchester Model 1887
In the armory, Hannibal (Ryan Reynolds) shows off the Nightstalkers' take on "the Army's Individual Combat Weapon," designed to fire multiple types of ammunition, including silver stakes, UV-explosive rounds, or grenades. The weapon is actually a heavily modified Winchester Model 1887.
The weapon is not used or seen again in the film; however, in the alternate ending featured on the DVD's special features, he fires it when the Nightstalkers track down a werewolf in a Hong Kong casino.
The concept artist for the film, TyRuben Ellingson, refers to the weapon as "the Bone Jack;" during production it was also called "the Mudflap Gun" for the silhouette of Leta Laroe on the stock. The Bone Jack was to have a larger role before being cut; it could fire multiple types of vampire killing ammunition, from the "Sun Dogs" used in other Nightstalker weapons to stakes and grenades.
This prop has since appeared in a few other productions, with the Mudflap Girl generally removed (for example, in the television series Eureka).
