The following guns were used in the film Terminator 2: Judgement Day
Winchester Model 1887
This is the iconic shortened shotgun that the T-800 (T-800 series, model 101)(Arnold Schwarzenegger) takes from the bar owner. It is a considerably shortened and sawed-off version. It also had the lever-action mechanism modified to allow it to be loaded by flipping it with one hand, and to accomodate Schwarzenegger's hand. Note that this is NOT the NORINCO YL-1887L, the Chinese copy of the original, but the genuine article. The Chinese version did not become available before 2003, long after the film had been made . . . Three of the Winchesters were used for filming, with varying modifications -- all had the forward part of the trigger guard cut off, but the lever ranged from normal to enlarged (to allow twirling it around).
Beretta 92FS
A police-issue Beretta 92FS is used by the T-1000 (Robert Patrick) upon its first meeting with the T-800 at the mall. The second guard at Cyberndyne uses the stainless INOX version.
Browning Hi-Power
The T-1000 (Robert Patrick) takes it from the guard he kills at the psychatric hospital where Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) is being held. He empities it while running after Sarah, John and the T-800 as they make it to the elevator.
MM1 grenade launcher
The MM1 grenade launcher is first seen in use by the SWAT team members inside the Cyberdyne systems building. It is later on picked up by the T-800 after incapacitating the officer holding it and then used to fire CS grenades around the police blockade.
Colt Commando
There are at least two different appearances of the Colt Commando carbine. The first is among the weapons recovered from the cache in the Mojave Desert, then used by Sarah Connor in an attempt to assassinate Miles Dyson (Joe Morton). This one is fitted with a silencer, laser pointer, and ACOG scope. The next appearance of this weapon is in the scene where the Connors and the T-800 are fleeing in the stolen SWAT van with the T-1000 in pursuit.
Detonics 1911
During her mission to terminate Miles Dyson, Sarah Connor manages to wound him using a custom Detonics 1911, a variant of the M1911A1. The gun was custom built for the movie by Detonics and features their signature forward mounted rear sight. She later uses it to keep a SWAT team at bay during a shootout at the Cyberdine plant.
Colt/detonics 1911
The T-800 can be seen using a Colt/detonics hybrid with Pachmayr grips, a variation of the M1911A1, taken from the cigar smoking biker at the start of the movie. He then uses it to wound a security guard at the psychiatric hospital, holds a Security Guard at gunpoint at the Cyberdyne systems building and at the steel mill to shatter the frozen T-1000.
Sarah Conner can also be seen using the Terminator's 1911a1 throughout the breakout from the psychiatric hospital, to the scenes which focus on Sarah recovering her cache of weapons in the Southern California desert. Upon which she retrieves her Detonics 1911 and returns the Coltonic to the Terminator.
According to the images found in the DVD extras, it seems that the gun is not really a Combat Elite, but a customized Colt Series 70 with a detonics stainless steel frame, fitted with Pachmayr grips.:
M79 grenade launcher
Another weapon used by the T-800 at the Cyberdyne building is an M79 grenade launcher. He first uses it to blast open a locked door, then to destroy several of the police cars assembled outside. He also tries to use it on the T-1000 during the fight in the factory, eventually using it to knock the T-1000 into the pit of molten steel. By this point, part of the launcher's stock has been shattered during the fight, but enough remains for the weapon to be usable.
Hand-held GE M134 Minigun
In one of the more notable scenes of the movie, the T-800 engages the police assembled outside the Cyberdyne building with a GE M134 Minigun destroying the police cars while leaving the police themselves unharmed. This is the same gun that was used in Predator.
GE M134 Miniguns
A GE M134 Minigun is mounted on the back of a truck in the future battle scene. And is also seen next to John Connor's(As the Future Resistance Leader) left side.
SPAS 15
A future resistance soldier is seen firing a SPAS-15 briefly.
FIM-92 Stinger
A future resistance fighter on the back of a truck takes out a hunter killer with an FIM-92 Stinger missile launcher.
General Dynamics RSB-80 Plasma Gun
The heavy future gun from the first Terminator returns very briefly, seen used to blow up a machine. It looks like it is built from a 1917 Browning water-cooled machine gun.
Remington 870 Police Combat model with Folding Stock
Near the end of the film, Sarah Connor engages the T-1000 using a Remington 870 Police Combat Model with Folding Stock, outfitted with a high-capacity magazine tube and spare shotshell holders, each shot knocking her opponent progressively closer to the pit of molten steel in the factory, until running out of ammo, frustratingly close to knocking the T-1000 into the pit. This wouldn't have happened if she didn't drop that round earlier.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
While fleeing from the Cyberdyne building, the Connors and the T-800 find themselves being pursued by the T-1000 piloting a stolen police helicopter and brandishing an H&K MP5K. A SWAT member can also be seen using one.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The SWAT team that assaulted Cyberdyne Systems was predominately armed with the Hecker & Koch MP5A3 submachine gun.
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Among the MP5A3s and MP5Ks, a number of SWAT team members were seen armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A2 submachine guns when they assaulted Cyberdyne Systems.
Browning M2
Among the weapons seen in the hidden weapons cache in the Mojave Desert is a Browning M2 heavy machine gun.
Westinghouse M95A1 Phased Plasma Rifle
A fictional plasma weapon seen being used by terminators in the future scenes of the movie. This weapon was built on the Calico M960 9mm submachine gun.
Muzzelite MZ14 Bullpup
Human Resistance fighters during the Future War scenes are armed with Ruger Mini-14 rifles fitted into Muzzelite bullpup stocks.
Mossberg 590
Enrique is seen using a Mossberg 590 shotgun when Sarah, John, and the Terminator arrive at his home in the desert. Later on, a SWAT member is seen firing this weapon at the van Sarah, John, and The Terminator use to escape in.
AKM
When going through the armory in the desert, John checks the chambers on several AKM rifles(extended edition only). Sarah can also be seen carrying one along with her Colt Commando rifle.
M16A1
A number of M16A1 rifles can be seen on the armory wall
MAC 10
MAC-10 submachine guns can be seen in the armory. John picks one up while the Terminator examines the M79. Trivia: In the screenplay, the MAC-10 was supposed to be the weapon that the Terminator used during the shootout at the Cyberdyne Building, before James Cameron decided that the Terminator should use the hand-held Minigun instead.
M60
M60 machine guns can be seen inside the desert armory.
M72 LAW
A group of M72 LAW launchers can be seen when the two first enter the armory.
Ithaca 37
The Ithaca 37 shotgun can be seen used by some of the officers outside Cyberdyne.
The Armory Wall
On the armory wall AKMs, Colt Commandos, M16A1s and some Winchster 1300 shotguns can be seen. Also, the M79 rests on the wall at the end and a few M60 machine guns rest to the front.
