Flobertka
The Flobertka may be a Czech name for Flobert rifle. It is a rimfire small caliber gun that was invented by Flobert in 1845 in France and was popular in late XIX - eary XX century for recreational shooting (like modern airguns). Flobert pistols and rifles appeared mostly in 4mm and 6mm calibers. Greg-Z (talk) 02:49, 17 November 2012 (EST)
- Yes, it is so! But I was unable to identify this particular type.--Pandolfini (talk) 03:59, 17 November 2012 (EST)
- The weapon itself looks like a small caliber pump action rifle, for example this .22 Browning or this Remington. Maybe this is a version of such rifle that use Flobert cartridge (known as 6mm Flobert in Europe or .22 CB in UK and USA) so that's why it is called Flobertka.
