Andrew "Andreas" Katsulas (May 18, 1946 – February 13, 2006) was an American actor of Greek descent. His most notable roles are Ambassador G'Kar in Babylon 5, Sykes in The Fugitive and Romulan Commander Tomalak in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
