::::Just watched the episode again. Although you can't tell in the screenshots I took, I noticed that (1.) the weapon has a threaded barrel (though granted, so does the USP Tactical), and (2.) the slide/barrel are way too long for a USP. But I still think it's far more likely that this is the Mark 23, since we know for sure that he used such a weapon in the Season 3 finale. -MT2008 (talk) 11:47, 10 September 2012 (EDT)

::::: Ok, indeed I didn't check it good enough. I always thought that Mark 23 is close looking to USP Expert, sorry for naming Mark 23 as it was directly from USP pistol series. Anyway, due to visible cuts on slide http://www.imfdb.org/images/8/8b/G17%2CM23_difference.jpg I still think it's HK (Mark 23) and not the Glock (and neither the USP :>). pawelm

Revision as of 17:30, 10 September 2012

Hank's Glock is .40 cal as stated in the first episode so its a Glock 22 not a 17. Also here are the other guns from the first season: S&W4506, Ruger GP100, HK416, and in the first episode of season two jesse buys a snub nosed 5 shot revolver.

M4

The M4 claimed to be used by Tuco seems to be a CAR-15

Yeah I don't know what the make and model of the snub nosed revolver is yet. Thanks for the tip on the Glock situation, though.

Negro Y Azul

I'll have the caps for it by tonight BeardedHoplite 18:03, 27 December 2010 (UTC)

Screencappin'

I going to screencap this series when the DVDs come out.Oliveira 22:46, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Screencaps

I'm not a member of IMFDB, but how would I go about providing screens? I have the first season on DVD and on the day of the second season's release, I plan on purchasing it.

You can use VLC player to capture screenshots. It will capture them as PNG files, so you'll have to use a Batch image converter to convert to JPG before you upload your shots. --Ben41 07:55, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

You can set up the VLC player so it will capture them as jpg. Go to Tools, Preferences, then video and change the format from png to jpg.--Predator20 17:30, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

Thanks, though my issue wasn't so much with getting the screencaps, as it was with uploading them. I have to be a member to upload files. It isn't a problem, I just didn't want to join with plans to only contribute to one page.

Need Help

After going through both the first and second season, I do believe I have captured every instance of a gun on screen. I have a lot of screenshots of guns that aren't even mentioned or pointed out on the page. I don't know much about guns myself, so if I posted these extra images here, could I get some assistance with ID's please?--NinetyNineCent 10:38, 21 March 2010 (UTC)

The Unknown revolver that Jesse gets is a taurus ultra light .38 spcl snub nose.--Spades of Columbia 18:45, 21 January 2012 (CST)

Season 3 Episode 7

I was wonndering, shouldn't we include the guns that appear in the truk scene where "the Cousins" are dealing with the gun-dealer. I believe that there are several Ingrams a TEC-9 and a M4 that can be included. Just a suggestion.

Shotgun?

The tow truck guy threatened Jesse with a shotgun when he found him sleeping in his RV, just noticed it wasn't on the page. Diego Wolfwood 07:40, 6 October 2011 (CDT)

I'm on that, if I just get the code to do what it's supposed to... --Euromutt 07:05, 14 December 2011 (CST)

DEA's assault rifles in the pilot

Can anyone ID the weapons used by the DEA to raid the meth lab in the pilot episode? They don't look like M4s... But I may be wrong. -Sentient6 09:20, 9 January 2012 (CST)

They were too short to be M4s. Some of them had 10" barrels (Mark 18 length), while others had the 6.5" barrels (Olympic Arms K23B length). All had full-length rail forearms, most had iron sights, and different types of stocks. I suppose that we could just call them unknown compact AR-15 variants. -MT2008 15:38, 31 July 2012 (CDT)

More pics on AMC's website

A gun quiz on the official AMC website has some nice close-up images of the guns. Barnabas Hale 17:15, 21 January 2012 (CST)

Unknown revolver

I am absolutely assured that it is a Taurus. Notice a small round emblem in the bottom part of the handle. Besides, at a Taurus the special form of a front sight. I can't confidently confirm that it is model 85, but most likely it so. Flexo 09:31, 22 January 2012 (CST)

Combo's handgun?

Error creating thumbnail: File missing

Help to identify- a quiz on AMC site tells it belonged to Combo. Beretta 92 FS Inox or Taurus PT 92 with pearl grips?

Beretta; it has the slide-mounted safety. Also, I'm guessing that that's the exact same gun which appeared in several episodes of Hawaii Five-0 (2010) and at least one episode of NCIS. -MT2008 16:58, 15 June 2012 (CDT)

Help to identify... I think i see some Glock and a Beretta Cheetah .380 or 22 LR.

Excellent, i was just thinking of adding this episode under the beretta cheetah section, as well as adding one for the glock (looks like your standard Glock 17)

A Glock

I don't remember whose Glock was it and in which episode was it (to get a better screenshot. These are from some YT mix). Also- which model is it exactly (I guess 17 or 19 gen 3)? Pawelm 20:08, 8 August 2012 (CEST)

It was from Season 4 Episode 13 "Face Off", one of Gus's unamed henchman (i recall him having a country accent) who threatens to break Jesse's arm. Czar

Ok found it, unfortunately no better views of this handgun; main question remains, is it compact or standard size? Often have trouble to find it out. I think it might be compact, like model 19..? Pawelm 20:51, 9 August 2012 (CEST)

No, that's a full-sized Glock. Either a -17 or a -22. -MT2008 16:34, 9 August 2012 (CDT)

Well shouldn't we list it as a 17 due to the fact the Glock 22 is sort of uncommon in movies and television? And also the identifying marks are illegible and we can't see the barrel Czar

Todd's Pistol S05E05

You can see Todd's gun pretty well in this promo pic - http://i.imgur.com/OYPHB.jpg ID away! JLDub

I'm saying Smith & Wesson 4566TSW (Tactical Smith & Wesson) - Czar

"Ruger P95"

does anyone have any more shots of the gun that is currently labelled as a "Ruger P95" as there is absolutely no way that is what it is. I'm fairly sure it is a reversed shot of a Beretta Cougar of some sort (shot of full size Inox cougar below for comparison, note the design of the safety and the ejection port with distinctively recessed extractor which appears on the wrong side in this reversed shot), but need a wider view to work out which variant it is specifically. --commando552 16:32, 20 August 2012 (CDT)

Yeah your right comparing pictures of the cougar and the p95 the p95's safety is too short to be the guns safety in the picture it matches either a Beretta cougar safety or some type Beretta safety.--Blueboy1600 18:00, 20 August 2012 (CDT)

I sure the revolver is S&W 625 --Flexo (talk) 16:34, 9 September 2012 (EDT)
Shotgun looks like Mossberg 500, strange pistol in Mike's bag looks like Nambu or Lahti (pre WW2 Finnish pistol) but it is not Nambu or Lahti. And it is not Auto Mag AMP cause too slim barell. May be it is rare Kimball Arms Co "Air Crew" cal .30 Carbine? --Flexo (talk) 16:43, 9 September 2012 (EDT)
The pistol is a Colt Woodsman. --commando552 (talk) 18:16, 9 September 2012 (EDT)

Jesse gun

AT season 5 episode 8 after Jesse find the bags of money he takes a gun off himself my bet is h&k p7m13 but I'm not sure ... --Blueboy1600 (talk) 21:08, 7 September 2012 (EDT)

Glock, not HK Mark 23

In This screen shot, you can clearly see the Glock's takedown tabs.

IMG:http://www.imfdb.org/images/e/e8/BreakBad-404-Mark23-2.jpg

It's definitely a Glock and not a Mark 23.

That's not a "takedown" tab, it's the end of the the slide release pin. I think it's definitely a Mark 23, look at the shape of the sights and the way that the edges of the slide are beveled (rather than square, as on a Glock). -MT2008 (talk) 15:07, 8 September 2012 (EDT)
I'm almost sure its still an USP and not Glock. 1) Slide shape doesn't match 2) Trigger guard shape doesn't match too. So, I'd say its a HK gun. pawelm
In the first image it looks to have three controls on the frame instead of two like a USP would have, though. Evil Tim (talk) 11:30, 10 September 2012 (EDT)
I'm sorry, Pawelm, but I really think you're wrong on this (the fact that you initially mistook the gun for a Glock already calls your visual acuity into question). First of all, the trigger guard is not clearly visible in the bottom two pics, so I don't know how you can tell that it's a USP trigger guard. Second, look mostly at the sights (which are the most visible part of the gun). Compare IMFDB's pictures of USPs and Mark 23s, and you should be able to tell the difference in the shape of the front sight. -MT2008 (talk) 11:41, 10 September 2012 (EDT)
Just watched the episode again.
