Fire Down Below is a 1997 action film starring Steven Seagal as an EPA Marshal who goes undercover to investigate illegal toxic dumping in a small Appalachian town.

Orin Hanner, Sr. (Kris Kristofferson) takes a Smith & Wesson Model 29 from underneath his poker table when Taggart comes to arrest him. Taggart takes it from him and uses it when Hanner pulls another gun.
