The Smith & Wesson Model 581, also knows as the "Distinguished Service Magnum", is the rarer brother of the Smith & Wesson Model 586 "Distinguished Combat Magnum", featuring non adjustable fixed sights. A stainless steel version was also produced as the Smith & Wesson Model 681.
