The following firearms can be seen in the film Little Big Man:
Winchester Model 1892
Several of the Cavalrymen attacking the Cheyenne towards the beginning of the film carry Winchester Model 1892 rifles with the fore-end removed, in order to look more like era-appropriate Henry 1860s, as does Jack's sister Caroline (Carole Androsky).
Single Action Army
Cavalry Model (7.5" barrel)
Gen. George Armstrong Custer (Richard Mulligan) and several other Cavalrymen carry 7.5"-barreled Single Action Army revolvers. Although in real life Custer carried a pair of Webley RIC revolvers at the battle.
single action army for real life Custer used two Webley RICrevolvers
Artillery Model (5.5" barrel)
Jack Crabb (Dustin Hoffman) carries two nickel-plated Single Action Army Artillery Models with pearl grips during his "gunfighter phase". He also used his sister Caroline's (Carole Androsky) Artillery Model when learning how to shoot.
Quickdraw Model (4.75" barrel)
Some Cavalrymen and one of the bandits with Caroline carry 4.75"-barreled Single Action Army revolvers.
Smith & Wesson
"Wild Bill" Hickok (Jeff Corey) carries two top-break Smith & Wesson revolvers, an odd oversight as Hickok was well-known for his dual Colt 1851 Navy revolvers in real life.
Colt 1878 Double Action
Colt Theur Derringer
An older man inside the stagecoach Jack and Olga travel west in draws a Colt Theur Derringer when the wagon comes under attack from Cheyenne warriors.
Colt Model 1860 Army Percussion
A stagecoach driver and several Cavalrymen carry Colt 1860 Army revolvers.
Double Barreled Shotgun
The stagecoach guard riding shotgun carries a Double Barreled Shotgun which Jack (Dustin Hoffman) tries to grab from his hand.
Jack Crabb (Dustin Hoffman) carries a Colt 1851 Navy when he goes searching for his wife after her abduction.
Trapdoor Springfield Model 1873 Cavalry Carbine
Jack Crabb (Dustin Hoffman) carries a "Trapdoor" Springfield Model 1873 during his service as a military scout, as do several Cavalrymen.
Remington Model 1875
Several Cavalrymen carry Remington 1875 revolvers as sidearms during the latter half of the film.
Remington Model 1858 Army
Jack Crabb (Dustin Hoffman) keeps a Remington 1858 New Army as his sidearm while serving as a scout to Custer.
