Modified Beretta 92FS Inox
The signature weapons of Selene (Kate Beckinsale) in this film are a pair of modified Beretta 92FS Inox pistols, converted to full-auto and fitted with extended magazines and large compensators that extend all the way back along the frame to the trigger guard. The same compensator can be seen on the customized Taurus PT92CS in Crying Freeman, and Dark Angel.

A number of standard Beretta 92FS pistols can be seen in an armory.
Modified Beretta 92FS
Selene's (Kate Beckinsale) signature weapon of choice, full-auto Beretta 92FSs, are seen as she recaps the first two movies.

Selene is seen firing her P99s in a scene from the first film as she recaps th eprevious movies.
STI GP6
The human guards at the Antigen facility where Seline is being held are armed with visually modified(possibly to look like a Vektor CP1) STI GP6 pistols.

A number of stainless Ruger P89s can be seen in an armory.
Taurus Judge
A Taurus Judge is seen being carried by Detective Sebastian (Michael Ealy) in promotional stills. In the film he notably fires seven rounds from it without reloading as opposed to the weapons actual capacity of five.

Vampires and Lycans can be seen using Heckler & Koch MP5A3s fitted with a ACOG scopes, RIS foregrips, flashlights, and vertical grips.

Davi carrries a Mossberg 500 Cruiser with a stainless steel finish in the final battle.
Remington 870
Remington 870 pump-action shotguns fitted with Surefire dedicated forend weaponlights, door breaching muzzle brakes, ghost ring sights, and Knoxx Specops stocks can be seen.
Assault Rifles and Carbines
Norinco QBZ-97B
The Norinco QBZ-97B appears to be the main weapon used by humans in the film, and can be seen fitted with a red dot sight or inside a futuristic shell.

A Beretta Cx4 Storm with a short barrel and custom flash hider (as seen in Battlestar Galactica) can be seen laying on the floor in the trailer.
Heckler & Koch G36
A number of Heckler & Koch G36s can be seen in an armory. The exact model is not possible to determine as the forend and barrel is not visible.
M16A2 Rifle
Nunerous M16-type rifles, most likely the A2 version, are seen as the vampires prepare of battle.
L85
An L85 of unknown model is seen as the vampires load up.
Machine Guns
Browning M2HB
A Browning M2HB can be seen mounted on the roof of a HMMWV.
Launchers
Sage Control Ordnance Deuce Revolution
A Sage Control Ordnance Deuce Revolution double barrelled over and under grenade launcher can be seen being fired by Detective Sebastian (Michael Ealy, fitted with an EOtech and vertical grip.
Other Weapons
M269 Launcher Loader Module
A mocked up M269 Launcher Loader Module (weapon system from the M270 MLRS) can be seen on the roof of a human armoured vehicle. The appears to be taken from the scenes of Godzilla (1998). It is not seen in the movie as released in theaters.
Flame Thrower
A human can be seen wielding a flame-thrower of unknown type.
M26 hand grenade
Numerous silver M26 hand grenade are seen in the vampire armory and Selene carries several as she rampages through the Antigen facility at the end..
