The Raid is a 2011 Indonesian action film directed by Gareth Evans and starring Iko Uwais as a member of a 20-man Detachment 88 team that must fight its way out of a criminal-infested apartment building after being trapped there by a vicious drug lord. The film made its North American debut at the Toronto Film Festival, and entered a wider release in early 2012. All pictures are from the HD teaser.
The making of the movie shows airsoft guns used as props in the movie. None of the firearms in this movie is for real. The ejected shells and flashes were all added digitally.
Handguns
Glock 17
Third-generation Glock 17 pistols are used by the Detachment 88 officers, including Rama (Iko Uwais).
SIG-Sauer P220
Mad Dog (Yaya Ruhian) uses a SIG-Sauer P220 when he confronts Sergeant Taka (Joe Taslim).
Smith & Wesson Model 36
A thug attempts to shoot Rama and Bowo (Tegar Satrya) with a Smith & Wesson Model 36. Later, Lieutenant Wahyu (Pierre Gruno) uses a stainless Model 36.
Unknown Revolver
An unknown revolver is used by drug lord Tama (Ray Sahetapy) to execute some captives. This is very likely either the ASG Dan Wesson airsoft or WinGun airsoft revolver, as indicated by the distance between the cylinder and the hammer (which is too far for a real revolver to actually work).
Shotguns
Ithaca 37 "Stakeout"
Some of the Detachment 88 officers use the Ithaca 37 "Stakeout".
Submachine Guns
Knight's Armament PDW
Several thugs fire Knight's Armament PDW submachine guns during various action sequences. These guns are in reality airsoft replicas of the PDW made by GHK, distinguishable by their STANAG-style magazines.
Assault Rifles
AKS-74U
A number of the drug lord's thugs use AKS-74U carbines to attack the Detachment 88 team.
Heckler & Koch HK416
Nearly all of the Detachment 88 operators use Heckler & Koch HK416 rifles with attached suppressors.
Sniper Rifles
Remington 700
Other thugs are shown aiming Remington 700 sniper rifles as they prepare to ambush the Detachment 88 team.
