In the final scene the cabin boy Sandy (Ashley Knight) appeared with two revolvers of different models (on the first screenshot they are marked as No 1 and No 2). He tried to hold the mutineers but was disarmed. Revolver No 1 is most likely some version of Webley RIC in .442 or .455 caliber. If this version is correct then another revolver must be no more then .38 due to the size of its muzzle. It can be Smith & Wesson Military and Police but this is only a version.

The elite guards of Atlantis were armed with lever-action rifles. One of the characters identified them as "Winchester 1888" though such model doesn't actually exists. The rifles differs from one another and most likely are of different models but they are never seen good enough to be identified correctly.
