Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez) uses a Heckler & Koch USP as his sidearm in Season 3.

Two shooters in 'Lost Son' (S3E01) use Heckler & Koch USP Compacts.
Jericho 941
Tim Speedle (Rory Cochrane) uses a two-tone Jericho 941 as his sidearm in 'Lost Son' (S3E01).
Ruger Mk I
A muderer uses a Ruger Mk I to murder a man after kidnapping his son in 'Lost Son' (S3E01).
SIG-Sauer P229
In Season 3, Lt. Horatio Caine (David Caruso) switches from his Beretta Cougar to a SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm throughout the season. One can also be seen in the CSI armory in 'Lost Son'.
