::Wow. The first ,and last time, I saw this movie was at the theater in 1986. Twenty-five years ago. Gulp. Well anyway I thought it was pretty damn good then. I watched it last night. Good god this thing is awful. I know what can I expect from a Chuck Norris film? I guess Lee Marvin made it because he was concerned that his medical bills would be a burden on his family members. There is no other reason that i can think he would have agreed to star in such a cheese-ball movie.--Jcordell 09:51, 7 September 2011 (CDT)

:::It took me ten years to realize that Robert Forster, a white guy, played the villain. The film hasn't aged well, but if I had to describe the eighties with three movies, it'd be this, Rocky IV and Top Gun. --Funkychinaman (talk) 10:57, 20 February 2019 (EST)

I took out the bit about Lee Marvin on the cover when I changed it to a B-300 from a bazooka. I can't really tell if Lee Marvin has a B-300 or not. --funkychinaman 21:18, 13 May 2010 (UTC)

Its just a photoshop pic, in reallity i doubt Lee Marvin could lift the bazooka when the film was made. They just substituted Lee for Steve James who in the film fires the bazooka with Chuck Norris.--The Mercenary 22:56, 13 May 2010 (UTC)
