SIG-Sauer P226

The SIG-Sauer P226 appears as the sidearm of U.S. Deputy Marshal Charlie Duchamp (Laz Alonso), up until he's killed by fugitive Damien Fontleroy (Jason Behr) in the season 2 premier episode "An Unjust Death".

Glock 17

The Glock 17 appears as the sidearm of various law enforcement personnel. One is also used by Damien Fontleroy to kill Charlie Duchamp in "An Unjust Death".

In season 1 episode 5 Queen of Hearts, Lilah Tompkins (Christina Cole) uses a S&W 5945 DAO throughout the episode.

M1911A1

In one episode, an FBI agent whose family is taken hostage by a fugitive is given an M1911A1 by the fugitive when making the agent work with him. He later holds the pistol on the protagonists, but when he learns his family is safe, he shoots the fugitive with it.

In one episode, a fugitive can be seen armed with a Beretta 92FS Inox. He attempts to draw it when he learns that the family of an FBI agent he'd forced to work with him has been rescued, but is shot by the agent before he can use the weapon.

X26 Taser

In the episode mentioned above, one of the team is given an X26 Taser when going to rescue the family of an FBI agent being held hostage by the accomplices of a fugitive. He uses the Taser to disable the hostage-taker and coax information out of him with repeated shocks.

Ithaca 37

In the episode "An Unjust Death", a man meets Damien Fontleroy at the door of his house armed with an Ithaca 37 shotgun, though Damien talks him into setting the weapon aside. When the man lets Damien into his home to use the phone, Damien grabs the shotgun and pistol-whips him in the head with it before shooting him.

In the episode "An Unjust Death", a prison guard can be seen armed with a Mossberg 590 shotgun with a high-capacity magazine tube when Damien Fontleroy breaks out of prison.
