Pistols
Beretta 21A Bobcat
In "F-T-F" (S09E11), a Beretta 21A Bobcat is found at a crime scene and identified as the murder weapon. Calleigh specifies that it is a "25".
Beretta 92FS
In "Manhunt" (S09E04), Memmo Fierro (Robert LaSardo) is seen with a Beretta 92FS that he takes from a Hospital Guard.
Beretta 92FS Inox
In "Happy Birthday" (S09E08), a car-jacking suspect is seen firing a Beretta 92FS Inox in a club to facilitate his escape.
Beretta 92G Elite II
Throughout season 9, Ryan Wolfe (Jonathan Togo) uses a Beretta 92G Elite II as his sidearm.
Glock 17
CSI Walter Simons (Omar Benson Miller) uses a Glock 17 as his sidearm during Season 9.
In "Sleepless in Miami" (S09E05), Peter Truitt (Stephen Amell) aims a Glock 17 at Horatio and Eric.
Glock 26
Throughout Season 9, Natalia Boa Vista (Eva La Rue) uses a Glock 26.
SIG-Sauer P226
Det. Frank Tripp (Rex Linn) uses a SIG-Sauer P226 as his duty weapon during Season 9.
SIG-Sauer P226 Elite
Eric Delko Adam Rodriguez uses a SIG-Sauer P226 Elite as his sidearm during season 9. The gun is identifiable as the Elite model because of its beaver-tail.
SIG-Sauer P229
Lt. Horatio Caine (David Caruso) uses a SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm thoughtout season 9.
Walther P99QA (FAKE)
In "Reality Kills" (S09E06), an activist is seen with a Walther P99QA. Delko initially things the gun is real but later discovers that it is a pellet gun.
Unknown 1911
In "Blood Sugar" (S09E09), Luis Avilla (Ramón Franco) is seen with an unknown 1911 when confronting the man who had his son deported.
Revolvers
Unknown Revolver 1
In "Manhunt" (S09E04), Memmo Fierro (Robert LaSardo) is seen with a Gold Plated revolver which he steals from someone. He later uses it to shoot multiple people at Miami Dade Memorial Hospital.
Unknown Revolver 2
In "See No Evil" (S09E03), a gunman is seen with an unknown revolver which he aims at a blind man.
Assault Rifles
Colt M4A1
In "Reality Kills" (S09E06), an MDPD officer is seen armed with a Colt M4A1. Horatio later takes the gun from him and aims it at a suspect.
In "Happy Birthday" (S09E08), MDPD SWAT officers are seein with Colt M4A1s during a raid on a chop shop.
Rifles
Heckler & Koch SR9
In "On the Hook" (S09E07), Dario Aguilar (Joseph Julian Soria) uses a Heckler & Koch SR9 that is chambered for 7.62 but fires a 5.56 round with a Sabot. As Calleigh explains, this allows a smaller caliber bullet to be fired from a higher caliber gun with now groves being left on the bullet.
Ruger Mini-14
In "Fallen" (S09E01), a Ruger Mini-14 is seen pointed at Melissa Walls when the CSIs come to ask her some questions. As it turns out, Melissa set the trap her self to make herself look like a victim.
Shotguns

In "On the Hook" (S09E07), Charles Hayward is seen with an over-under shotgun shooting clays when the cops come to question him.
