The screencap comes from Episode 18 of Season 3, about 32 minutes 41 seconds into the episode F.O.B. Honolulu Part 1. Both Danny and McGarrett used this type of weapon during a helicopter raid on a mountain hideout belonging to Wo Fat. The magazine can be seen sticking out of the pistol grip. The size of the magazine suggests that it is pistol ammunition, and during the raid, the weapon can be heard firing in automatic mode, so it looks like some type of submachine gun.
