The "Timecop Beretta". Most likely this is a resin "stunt" prop used for Stargate: Atlantis, due to the rounded trigger guard as opposed to the ones used in the film.

The "Timecop Beretta" is the futuristic handgun first used in the 1994 film Timecop as the sidearm carried by officers of the Time Enforcement Commission in the year 2004. The prop was composed of an custom shroud built around a Taurus PT99AF. This handgun was then frequently seen in television series filmed in Canada.
