I just watched the movie, and the handgun Carter draws from his waist band in the final fight was not a Beretta 92FS. It was not seen for long, but it definitely had shell eject of a different color finish than the rest of the gun's furniture, so it couldn't be a Beretta. It could possibly be one of the Type 54s commonly seen in the movie.
hmmm.. can u put picture of the one where carter draws the second hand gun where he shot 2 shells?
I think it was the Gun he took from the Thug guarding the Van with the Girl inside.

Beretta 92FS Inox

Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox throughout the film. Sang (Ken Leung) uses one fitted with a compensator in the beginning during the kidnapping of Soo Yung. When Carter attempts to stop Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) from getting to the Chinese consul, Carter draws one out on Lee before being disarmed and held at gunpoint by his own Beretta by Lee. Carter then draws out a backup Beretta 92FS and points it at Lee before a cab driver draws out his own Beretta 92FS onto the duo.

Glock 17

In the beginning of the film, Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) can be seen wielding a 2nd Generation Glock 17 while chasing Sang (Ken Leung). During the final firefight, a Chinese gangster can be seen hastily reloading another Glock 17 before being disarmed by Inspector Lee.

In the beginning of the film, Clive (Chris Penn) attempts to take Detective Carter (Chris Tucker) hostage with a two tone Browning Hi-Power when two cops arrive.

Norinco Type 54 / Model 213

Many of the Chinese gangsters in the film use Norinco Type 54 / Model 213s. Carter also uses one.

During the final firefight, an FBI Agent can be seen firing a SIG-Sauer P226. FBI Special Agent in Charge Warren Russ (Mark Rolston) also carries a SIG Sauer P226.

Smith & Wesson Model 36

During the final firefight, Carter (Chris Tucker) is told to fight like a man by Sang (Ken Leung) (A line said by Carter earlier). But when the two of them drop their weapons, Sang attempts to shoot Carter with a hidden pistol, but Carter jumps out of the way and pulls out a Smith & Wesson Model 36, and shoots Sang in the chest, killing him.

M1911A1

During the final firefight, Commander Griffin/Juntao (Tom Wilkinson) can be seen with a silver M1911A1 pistol, which he uses to shoot several FBI Agents, and fire at Lee while he attempts to make his escape. He later discards it by throwing it off the catwalk top.
