Code of Silence is a 1985 action film that starred Chuck Norris as a Chicago PD detective who finds himself in the middle of a drug war in the city. The film was the feature film directing debut of Andrew Davis (Under Siege) and the cast included several former Chicago police officers including Dennis Farina.
The following weapons were used in the film Code of Silence:
Revolvers
Dan Wesson Model 15
The Dan Wesson Model 15 is the main sidearm carried by Chicago Det. Eddie Cusack (Chuck Norris).

During the warehouse shootout, Cusack (Chuck Norris) uses a different revolver: a 6”barrel stainless steel Dan Wesson Model 715.
Colt Detective Special
The Colt Detective Special is the sidearm of several CPD officers in the film. When two thugs attempt to rob a cop bar, several off-duty officers pull their Colt DS revolvers.
Colt Python
A 4” barrel Colt Python is used in several scenes.
Astra 357
When the thugs try to rob the bar, Det. Dorato (Dennis Farina) is seen pulling a 3” barrel revolver with adjustable sights. Because of the shape of the hammer, it is possible that this an Astra 357, although it is never seen well.
RG-22 revolver
One of the hitmen carries an RG-22 revolver during the opening drug den shootout.
Smith & Wesson Model 10 (Nickel Snub Nose)
Cusack’s partner carries a 2” barrel, nickel plated S&W Model 10 (or a stainless model 64).

Unidentified revolvers
Several revolvers both in the bar robbery scenes and in the final shootout scenes, that are difficult to identify
Pistols
Beretta Jetfire
Detective Brennan carries a Beretta Jetfire in an ankle holster. He puts it in the hand of an unarmed kid that he shot by mistake. At the end of the movie, we see that he has replaced this one with a identical pistol.
