"7554 is a historical action game, which tells of the events of the Indo-Chinese War. Its name comes from the date of May 7, 1954, when the Dien Bien Phu, the French army capitulated to the guerrillas Vietnamese - Viet Minh. This in turn led to the evacuation of the occupying armies of Indochina Peninsula and divide the country into North and South Vietnam, after signing a peace treaty in Geneva. Although the battle depicted in the game refer to the actual events, they are not an accurate reconstruction of history. The creators wanted to give an especially fast and friendly game player.
This is a typical representative of the genre FPS set in a fast and simple gameplay. The action takes place in the years 1946 - 1954 during the Vietnamese struggle for independence and independence from French colonial administration. You play as a member of guerilla troops of Ho Chi Minh and takes part in battles against the better equipped and trained soldiers to the enemy. The single-player campaign features 12 missions that will last a total of several hours of entertainment.
7554 is the first game of Vietnamese production destined for the PC and using the benefits of modern technology. Graphics engine is based on the Vision 8, the company Havok, which allows for realistic light and shadow, but the detailed implementation of the textures and animations now on release remained far behind the other members of the FPS genre s. The game world is based on a physical model PhysX, which allows realistic calculation of the collision (most items can be moved), the mapping behavior of bodies in the explosion, as well as simulating the undulating surface of the uniforms of soldiers and flags waving in the wind."
