Transit (Peregon) (Russian Title: Перегон) is a 2006 World War II movie directed by Aleksandr Rogozhkin. Movie set at a transit Air Base in Chukotka (located in the Russian Far East) where Lend-Lease Bell P-39 Airacobras planes came in from Alaska. This is story of the Russians, Americans, natives of the Far North, the story of men and women at war. Lingual and cultural barriers are the causes of different situations. Sometimes humorous sometimes tragical.
