In "Ua Law Wale" (S2E02), Officer Lori Weston ([[Lauren German]]) carries a [[Glock 19]] as her sidearm. After switching out to a [[SIG-Sauer P239]] for a few episodes, she appears to return to the Glock that's fitted with a weaponlight in "Ka Iwi Kapu" (S2E07).

HPD Captain Vincent Fryer ([[Tom Sizemore]]) appears to draw a [[Glock 21]] during a hostage situation in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05). The bore of the handgun appears to be that of .45 instead of the more common 9mm.

Beginning in "Ua Law Wale" (S2E02), Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) carries the SIG-Sauer P226 Navy as his sidearm. It is shown as the Navy model by the anchor emblem on the slide. Rather than carrying it with the SIG-Sauer STL-900L light/laser as in the previous season, he now carries it with a Surefire X300. Steve's mentor, Commander Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) uses a SIG-Sauer P226E2 with taclight (possibly McGarrett's) in "Ha'i'ole" (S2E01).
SIG-Sauer P226 (Two-Tone)
In Season 2's premiere "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), a terrorist suspect named Kurt Hauff has a two-tone SIG-Sauer P226.
SIG-Sauer P226 (nickel)
A nickel SIG-Sauer P226 is used in "Kame'e" by a hired assassin sent to kill the members of SEAL Team 9 in Hawaii.
SIG-Sauer P229R
Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) has started carrying a SIG-Sauer P229R as his sidearm in season 2 starting from "Ma'eme'e". In "Lapa'au" (S2E08), ICE Special Agent Jeff Morrison (Greg Grunberg) carries another SIG-Sauer P229R fitted with a weaponlight as his sidearm. Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) uses one in "Pahele" when he takes Hiro Noshimuri from the courthouse at gunpoint.
SIG-Sauer P239
Detective Lori Weston (Lauren German) later carries a SIG-Sauer P239 as her main sidearm. She notably draws it in "Mea Makamae" (S2E04) and "Maʻemaʻe" (S2E05). Jenna Kaye (Larisa Oleynik) draws one in "Kiʻilua" (S2E10).
The P7M13 serves as Wo Fat's main sidearm. In "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06), a suppressed Heckler & Koch P7M13 in satin nickel finish is pulled by Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) in a confrontation with Joe White (Terry O'Quinn). Joe is later seen holding the pistol. Wo Fat also uses the P7 to shoot a prisoner in "Ki'ilua" (S2E10).
A murder suspect in "Mea Makamae" (S02E04) is armed with the Beretta 92FS when he confronts Steve and Lori. A carjacker in "Ike Maka" uses one to "take" a bait muscle car.
Beretta 92FS (Custom Compensator)
One of the corrupt ex-cops working under Frank Delano is armed with a Beretta 92FS fitted with wood grips and a custom compensator that Kono kicks out of his hand at one point.
Beretta Cougar
In "Pahele" (S2E11), a kidnapper (Aimee Garcia) uses a Beretta Cougar to hold a busload of children hostage.
Browning HP
John (Tony Curran) and Simon O'Toole, brothers and Boston Irish mob hitmen, are seen with suppressed Browning HP's in "Ike Maka" (S02E09).
Colt M1911
The remnants of an M1911 is found in the sunken wreckage of a World War II-era ambulance in "Mea Makamae" (S02E04), displayed at JPAC.
Colt MK IV Series 80 Enhanced Commander
In Season 2's premiere "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), Kono is taking what appears to be a Colt MK IV Series 80 Enhanced Commander after escaping from the trunk of a car. She later is seen using on a suspect.
Glock 19

Beginning in Season 2, Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) carries a Smith & Wesson M&P in 9mm with Crimson Trace grips as her sidearm.
Smith & Wesson SW1911 (Stainless)
In "Ma'eme'e", a corrupt ex-cop is seen pulling a stainless Smith & Wesson SW1911 with Crimson Trace grips and firing it at an advancing Lori and Chin.
Smith & Wesson 5906
The Smith & Wesson 5906 is the chief sidearm carried by Lt. Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) as well as patrol officers of the Honolulu Police Department. In "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), Steve is given the 5906 after escaping from prison and draws it while after boarding the SS Searcher with Danny.

In "Ma'eme'e", Karl Joyner appears to have a Smith & Wesson Model 60 tucked in his waistband as he gets cornered by Danny and Steve at his residence. In "Alaheo Pau'ole" (S2E12), McGarrett finds a S&W 60 next to a shooting victim.
In "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06), what appears to be a stainless model of the Smith & Wesson Model 642 is found on the floorboard of a jeep by Danno.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Danny uses a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 in "Ma'eme'e". The submachine gun appears in "Ka Hakaka Maikai", serving as Danny's main weapon. The same one is used by McGarrett again in a house raid in "Kame'e". Lori uses an MP5A3 with a Navy trigger group and RIS system in "Ka Hakaka Maikai". ICE Agent Jeff Morrison uses a MP5A3 in "Lapa'au".
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Frank Delano (William Baldwin) and one of his henchmen use MP5K submachine guns during a bank robbery in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
McGarret and Kono are armed with the MP5K-PDW when confronting a home invasion crew during their latest robbery in "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06). Danny carries one during a raid in "Lapa'au" (S02E08). The full team, minus Chin who has his shotgun, carried PDW's in Pahele while raiding a warehouse believed to hold a busload of kidnapped children.
IMI Uzi
A Wo Fat goon has an Uzi or Mini-Uzi in the Season 2 premiere "Haʻiʻole".
IMI Mini-Uzi
A Mini Uzi was seen in a debriefing photo in "Pahele". In "Puʻolo", a suppressed Mini Uzi is used in an attempt on the life of Joe White.
Intratec TEC-9
One of Wo Fat's henchmen fires a Intratec TEC-9 during the raid on the SS Searcher in "Haʻiʻole".
An M1928A1 Thompson is one of the vintage weapons seized by Chin Ho in "Alaheo Pau'ole" (S2E12).

M1 Carbine
A cultist is armed with an M1 Carbine in "Ua Lawe Wale" (S02E02).
M14
A cultist is armed with an M14 rifle in "Ua Lawe Wale" (S02E02).
M4A1 Carbine
In "Kame'e" (S02E03), security personnel at the Naval Situation Room at Pearl Harbor are armed with the M4A1. Navy SEALs armed with M4A1 carbines are seen on a satellite feed raiding the compound of the El Barro cartel in the same episode. Lori Weston and some HPD SWAT officers use M4A1s while responding to the bank robbery in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).
The AKM is used by Joe White, Chin Ho and other Navy SEALs who join the Five-0 team to rescue Steve in North Korea in "Kiʻilua" (S2E10). Most of the Wo Fat's North Korean goons are also armed with AKMs.
AKMS
What appears to be an AKMS assault rifle is used by an El Barro cartel soldier in "Kame'e". In "Kiʻilua" (S2E10), both Danny and Commander Wade Gutches (David Keith) carry the AKMS on the rescue mission in North Korea. Gutches' AKMS is equipped with a drum magazine. One was seen in a debriefing photo in "Pahele".
AKMSU
In "Ki'ilua", McGarrett carries an AKMSU with a KCI quad rail system and red-dot sight while on a mission in North Korea.
Heckler & Koch G36C
The Heckler & Koch G36C is used by gunmen who hijack a courier truck at the beginning of "Puʻolo" (S2E14).
Noveske Rifleworks Diplomat
McGarrett appears to use the Noveske Rifleworks Diplomat while responding to the bank robbery in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05). He also uses it in Lapa'au (S02E08)

One of the cultists in "Ua Law Wale" briefly holds Lori Weston (Lauren German) at gunpoint with a Ruger Mini-14 with a black finish and metallic upper receiver.

At the beginning of "Kame'e" (S2E03), Steve McGarrett is seen at the Marine Corps' Ulupa'u Crater Rifle Range firing a M40 Sniper Rifle that once belonged to his father. Joe White is later seen firing the rifle.

In "Kiʻilua" (S2E10), Lori uses an RPG-7 equipped with a PGO-7 scope to destroy a bridge.
A flashbang grenade is seen used by the Five-0 team to stun a gang of home invasion suspects in "Ka Hakaka Maikai".
