The following weapons were used in the film Battle for the Planet of the Apes:

M16 (SP1)
The M16 (SP1) rifle is used by both the Apes as well as by the mutants.
Colt New Service
A Colt New Service is seen wielded by Governor Kolp (Severn Darden).
M1928A1 Thompson
The M1928A1 Thompson is used by both Apes and Mutants, notably the gorilla leader Aldo (Claude Akins).
M1 Garand
Apes are seen using the M1 Garand as well in the final battle..
M1 Carbine
The M1 Carbine is seen used by both the Apes and the Mutants in the final battle. A visually modified M1 Carbine was used in the first two films.
Browning Automatic Rifle
The Browning Automatic Rifle is briefly seen in the hands of a gorilla.
Madsen M50
The Madsen M50 submachine gun is seen carried by Caesar (Roddy McDowall), Virgil (Paul Williams), as well as their human assistant MacDonald (Austin Stoker) as they travel to the Forbidden City. A visually modified Madsen M50 was used in Beneath the Planet of the Apes.
Browning M2 Aircraft Heavy Machine Gun
The Browning M2 Aircraft heavy machine gun is seen mounted on Kolp's jeep.
Colt Detective Special
A recap of Escape from the Planet of the Apes shows Cornelius (Roddy McDowall) with a Colt Detective Special near the end of the film.
Webley MK VI revolver
In a recap of Conquest of the Planet of the Apes, a government officer is seen with the Webley Mk VI revolver.
