The following guns were used in the film The Four Feathers:
Martini-Henry Mk. III
British soldiers through out the film are armed with Martini-Henry Mk. III rifles. Most notably seen used by Jack Durrance (Wes Bentley) when firing it at the charging Mahdist warriors in which the rifle's breech block fails and the gun blows up in his face.
Webley Mk. VI
British soldiers use Webley Mk. VI revolvers as their sidearms in the film. Some of the officers also carry older (and period correct) Webley Green revolvers.
Snider-Enfield Infantry Rifle
Mahdist warriors in the film mainly use 3-band Snider-Enfield rifles. When escaping from a Mahdist prison, Abou Fatma (Djimon Hounsou) gives one of these rifles to Harry Faversham (Heath Ledger), who uses it to shoot down one of the pursuing Mahdist guards.
Snider-Enfield Cavalry Carbine
Mahdist Cavalrymen are armed with Snider-Enfield Cavalry Carbines.
Remington Rolling Block (Militarized)
The military version of the Remington Rolling Block is seen used by Mahdist guards pursuing Faversham and Durrance when they escape the prison. Abou Fatma manages to disarm one of the guards of his Rolling Block rifle and kill the other with it.
