The following weapons were seen in The Matrix Reloaded used by the following actors:
Micro Uzi
In the scene where Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) dives out a high-rise office window, she is seen wielding twin Micro Uzis as she falls, firing them at the persuing Agent.
Desert Eagle
As per the norm in the Matrix series, the Agents can be seen wielding the powerful Desert Eagle pistol. Smith (Hugo Weaving) uses them to terrifying effect when a group of his clones, all carrying identical Desert Eagles, volley fire them at the protagonists as they're trying to flee, fatally wounding the Keymaker (Randall Duk Kim) with multiple hits to the torso.
H&K UMP
During the freeway chase scene, one of the Twins opens fire on the protagonists with an H&K UMP fitted with a red dot sight. Showing no concern for innocents caught in the crossfire, he opens fire on a luckless chevy Tahoe SUV that winds up between him and his target.
Glock 18
A Glock 18 can be seen during the protagonists' escape from the Merovingian (Lambert Wilson). First in the confrontation with the Twins in the parking garage, then in the following freeway chase scene, where Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) uses it to destroy the Twins' Caddilac Escalade after using a Samurai sword to flip the vehicle.
Walther P99
While making their way through the hallway of doors, the protagonists have an unexpected encounter with Smith. When he tells them that he "wants everything", Morpheus pulls out a Walther P99 and holds it to his head, asking if "everything" included a bullet from the gun. Before Morpheus can fire, a swarm of Smith clones burst in and overpower him.
COP 357 Derringer
After agreeing to help the protagonists, Persephone (Monica Bellucci) kills one of her husband's henchmen with a silver COP 357 Derringer with pearl grips, loaded with silver bullets.
Mossberg 590 "Compact Cruiser"
During the meeting where the machines' plan to attack Zion is revealed, one of the Zion rebels guarding the door is seen carrying a chrome Mossberg 590 "Compact Cruiser" shotgun with black trigger grip and foregrip.
