Reindeer Games, also known as Deception in the UK, is a 2000 heist film starring Ben Affleck as an ex-convict who is coerced into helping rob a casino in Michigan by a psychotic trucker (Gary Sinise). It is most notable for being the final theatrical release from famed director John Frankenheimer (best known for films like The Manchurian Candidate and Ronin, among others).
Merlin (Clarence Williams III) carries a 6" Colt Python .357 revolver (with a stainless finish) in the scene where Gabriel tells him to shoot Rudy.
Glock 22
Gabriel is seen in many scenes carrying a Glock 22 in .40 S&W, which is also used at the end of the movie by Ashley (Charlize Theron). It seems to be a Glock 22 based on its muzzle diameter, which appears too large to be 9mm.
Pug (Donal Logue) uses a pair of Beretta 92FS Inox pistols during the casino heist. One of these pistols is also visible in the weapons storage compartment in Gabriel's big rig.
Rudy's Beretta 92FS Water Pistol
When Gabriel's gang carries out the casino heist, Rudy convinces them to take him along. Gabriel doesn't want to give Rudy a real gun, so he instead gives him a plastic water pistol shaped like a Beretta 92FS. The prop itself seems to be an inexpensive airsoft Beretta 92FS that has been dressed up to look more like a squirt gun, as there aren't many (if any) water pistols in real life which bear such a close resemblance to real guns.
Most of the guards in the casino carry Taurus PT92s as their sidearms.
SIG-Sauer P226
Rudy Duncan (Ben Affleck) briefly wields a nickel-plated SIG-Sauer P226 during the casino heist, apparently after capturing it from a guard. He is forced to surrender the weapon after Gabriel and Ashley corner him.
Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark I
A nickel Desert Eagle Mark I is visible in the weapons storage compartment in Gabriel's big rig.
The first weapon ever seen in the movie is a Remington 870 fitted with a Surefire forend, which is used by a guard at the prison.
Later on, when Gabriel and Merlin are taking weapons from the storage compartment in the semi trailer, it is possible to see a custom Remington 870 fitted with a choke and an unusual-looking Butler Creek "hand lock" forend (this same shotgun was used by Jean Claude Van Damme in Timecop and Byron Mann in the movie Crying Freeman).
Franchi PA3/215
For much of the movie, Gabriel (Gary Sinise) carries a Franchi PA3/215 as his weapon-of-choice. In one scene of the film, Rudy Duncan (Ben Affleck) briefly gets ahold of the PA3.
Mossberg 500
Merlin's (Clarence Williams III's) weapon during the casino heist is a custom shorty Mossberg 500, fitted with forward and rear pistol grips, a heat shield, and extra shell holder. It is also seen in the weapons storage compartment in Gabriel's big rig. This seems to be the exact same shotgun that was used by Kevin Costner in 3000 Miles to Graceland.
Ithaca 37
A sawed-off Ithaca 37 shotgun is carried by Jumpy (Danny Trejo) during the casino heist. This gun is also visible in the weapons storage compartment in Gabriel's big rig.
Gabriel (Gary Sinise) uses a Remington 7400 while chasing Rudy and Ashley through a forest. It should be noted that Sinise highly exaggerates the recoil of this weapon when firing it.
Olympic Arms K23B
An Olympic Arms K23B compact assault rifle is used by Gabriel (Gary Sinise) during the casino heist. This weapon is also used by Jack Bangs (Dennis Farina), akimbo with his Uzi. The version used in the film is the flat-top model; Gabriel uses it with the carry handle removed and no additional sighting (which is sure to make aiming a great deal more difficult).
Norinco Type 84
A Norinco Type 84 assault rifle is visible in the weapons storage compartment in Gabriel's big rig.
Steyr AUG A1
A 16" Steyr AUG A1 is visible in the weapons storage compartment in Gabriel's big rig.
Submachine Guns
Cobray M11/9
When Jack Bangs (Dennis Farina) opens his "Pow Wow" safe, he pulls out a pair of submachine guns and starts spraying Gabriel's crew with automatic weapon-fire. One of the subguns he draws is a converted Cobray M11/9, which is only seen very briefly (and not clearly) before he drops it and switches to his Uzi.
IMI Uzi
The other of Jack Bangs' (Dennis Farina's) two submachine guns is a full-size Uzi, which he uses at one point akimbo with Gabriel's Olympic Arms K23B.
Calico M960A
A Calico M960A submachine gun with a 100-round magazine and a scope is visible in the weapons storage compartment in Gabriel's big rig.
