Rubber Prop Glock 19
FBI Agents including Jimmy (Jordan Belfi) carry rubber prop Glock 19 pistols when they try to apprehend Charlie Wright.
Colt Commander
Gabriel Garza (Danny Pino) carries a nickel Colt Commander throughout the movie.
Smith & Wesson 910
Damon (Luke Goss) uses a Smith & Wesson 910 in the film as his weapon of choice.
Norinco Type 56
Several Norinco Type 56 rifles are used by Garza's thugs. Later Gabriel Garza (Danny Pino) is seen carrying one but he never uses it.
Heckler & Koch G36C
One thug is seen exiting a car with a Heckler & Koch G36C in hands.
AR-15 variants
The three assassins, Michaels (Gary Daniels), Baines (Geoffrey Ross) and Miller (Bokeem Woodbine) Damon hires are using various AR-15-type weapons in the film. Sometimes the weapons change hands even within the same scene, causing numerous continuity errors in the film.

The Beretta 92SB is used by the majority of characters in the film. Michaels (Gary Daniels) uses a 92SB as his secondary weapon. FBI Agent Hobbs (Mario Van Peebles) and Agent "Jimmy" (Jordan Belfi) is also seen with Berettas at the market in the climax of the film.
Ruger P89
Miller (Bokeem Woodbine) pulls out a Ruger P89 at the market when they confront Garza's men.
CZ 75
A thug is seen with that appears to be a stainless CZ 75.
