==SIG-Sauer P226 Tactical Operations==
Casey continues to use a customized [[SIG-Sauer P220 pistol series#SIG P226|SIG-Sauer P226]] Tac Ops as his sidearm. The pistol resembles the the Tactical Operations variant, being fitted with an Elite slide with front cocking serrations, TRUGLO Tritium Fiber Optic front sight, and extended Magwell grips with 20 round magazine. However, the pistol lacks the beavertail of the Tactical Operations pistol, has nickel accents and has had the notron finish of the slide removed from the raised portions of the cocking serrations.

In Season 5, Sarah appears to change over to a stainless slide [[Smith & Wesson M&P]] as her main sidearm instead of the 5906 which is evident by the slide profile. In "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), she draws it during the rescue mission. She also is seen with it in "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03). Presumably, she will be using it as her main sidearm from Season 5 on.

The "Trank Gun" frequently seen used by Chuck in the series is an airsoft handgun known as the Baby Hi-Capa 3.8. The airsoft pistol is customized to fire tranquilizer darts with the standard "Green Gas" rather than airsoft pellets. It is also customized with an extended barrel due to painting over the orange tip (required by US law), with metallic silver paint. A red or green laser sometimes accompanies the gun on it's bottom accessory rack. The ammunition is varied, but most commonly used are the "10mg Darts". The darts can also be stuck manually into someone to gain the same effect. It has been referred to several times that the medication in the darts is a diluted Tetradotoxin (Anhydrotetrodotoxin) solution. There is another kind of dart that has a fast-acting small dose of Ketamine. The vents on the slide indicate that it is a Type 8. Because of Chuck's distaste for real weapons, the team begins to use the trank guns much more often beginning in Season 4, especially on kidnapping missions. The trank guns are often used on unarmed/unsuspecting persons instead of more lethal weapons. | The "Trank Gun" frequently seen used by Chuck in the series is an airsoft handgun known as the Baby Hi-Capa 3.8. Work In Progress This article is still under construction. It may contain factual errors. See Talk:Chuck - Season 5 for current discussions. Content is subject to change. |
The following weapons were used in Season 5 of the series Chuck:
Pistols
Browning Buckmark Camper
Jane Robertson (Catherine Dent) is seen pulling a suppressed Browning Buckmark Pistol when entering the Buy More in "Chuck Versus The Business Trip" (S5E04).
Para-Ordnance Nite-Tac
In "Chuck Versus The Zoom" (S5E01), Bale's security chief pulls a Para-Ordnance Nite-Tac on Casey.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen used by Sarah in "Chuck Versus The Hack Off".
Heckler & Koch MK23
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 fitted with a suppressor is seen displayed in the office of Gertrude Verbanski (Carrie-Anne Moss). This handgun was taken away from Casey by Gertrude while on a mission in 1995 (the Mk23 was issued to USSOCOM in the 1990's).
Heckler & Koch USP
Jean-Claude's men are armed with the Heckler & Koch USP in "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01). In "Chuck Versus The Bearded Bandit", a USP is seen in the hands of an agent training at Verbanski Corp.
Heckler & Koch USP Match
A Heckler & Koch USP Match is pulled by Sarah in Season 4's "Chuck Versus Phase Three".
IMI Jericho 941 (Stainless)
Black Jericho 941 with stainless slides are pulled by Bale (Craig Kilborn) and his security guards on Sarah and Morgan in "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01).
IMI Desert Eagle Mark I
A Russian software thug uses a gold plated Desert Eagle with Ivory Grips in "Chuck Versus the Hack Off". It is very likely that the gold Desert Eagle was one of the same guns built for Austin Powers in Goldmember, although the ivory grips were removed for this series. Independent Studio Services, the armorers who supplied the weapons for Chuck, also supplied weapons to Goldmember.
Kimber MCSOCOM ICQB
In "Chuck Versus The Bearded Bandit", a Kimber MCSOCOM ICQB (the precursor to the Kimber Warrior) is seen in the hands of an agent training at Verbanski Corp.
SIG-Sauer P226
Several SIG-Sauer P226 pistols are seen in "Chuck Versus The Santa Suit." Sarah's old handler Ryker uses a P226 in "Chuck Versus the Baby."
SIG-Sauer P226 SL Sport II
Jean-Claude (Mark Hamill) is seen pulling the SIG Sport in Season 5's premiere "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01).
SIG-Sauer P226 Tactical Operations
Casey continues to use a customized SIG-Sauer P226 Tac Ops as his sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P220 Carry (Two-tone)
Morgan packs a two tone SIG-Sauer P220 Carry in "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips."
Smith & Wesson 5906
Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) carries the Smith & Wesson 5906 as her sidearm throughout the series.
Smith & Wesson 5903
In a continuity error in "Chuck Versus the Baby," Sarah's 5906 becomes a Smith & Wesson 5903 whilst hidden in a baby carriage at a Hungarian Cafe.
Smith & Wesson M&P (Stainless Slide)
In Season 5, Sarah appears to change over to a stainless slide Smith & Wesson M&P as her main sidearm instead of the 5906 which is evident by the slide profile. In "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), she draws it during the rescue mission. She also is seen with it in "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03). Presumably, she will be using it as her main sidearm from Season 5 on.
Smith & Wesson SW1911
Gertrude Verbanski carries a two tone Smith & Wesson SW1911 for her main sidearm.
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 500
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03), Casey (Adam Baldwin) contemplates whether to take his SIG or a 4" Smith & Wesson Model 500 to the shooting range. He mentions that bringing the Smith & Wesson would show that he's "rugged and reliable," whereas the SIG would be "sleek & sophisticated."
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5SD3
The Heckler & Koch MP5SD3 is used by Sarah during a firefight in "Chuck Versus The Curse."
Rifles
Colt M4A1 Carbine
Shaw uses the M4A1 fitted with an EOTech sight, and weapon light used by Casey in "Chuck Versus the Aisle of Terror," after stealing it out of the armory in "Chuck Versus the Santa Suit".
AKM
Several tactically outfitted AKM rifles in the armory of Carmichael Industries as seen in "Chuck Versus the Baby"
Heckler & Koch G36C
Sarah packing a Heckler & Koch G36C for a mission to Budapest, Hungary in "Chuck Versus the Baby"
Heckler & Koch HK416
Casey uses a Heckler & Koch HK416 fitted with an EOtech sight in a firefight in "Chuck Versus The Curse."
SIG SG552
An [SIG SG 552]] in the bottom right hand corner in the armory of Carmichael Industries, as seen in "Chuck Versus the Baby".
Sniper Rifles
Blaser R93 Sniper Rifle
Gertrude Verbanski uses an R93 to cover Chuck & Sarah during a mission in "Chuck Versus The Hack Off."
EDM Arms Windrunner
A suppressed EDM Arms Windrunner is used by Sarah and Casey in "Chuck Versus the Baby."
Shotguns
Mossberg 590 Cruiser (Folding Stock and Door Breaching Brake)
Alex Casey holds a Mossberg 590 Cruiser on Morgan in "Chuck Versus The Curse."
Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun
A Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun with a sawed off stock is used by a gunman who holds up a convenience store in "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit". It's later held by Chuck.
12 Gauge O/U Shotgun
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), Casey is seen carrying a 12 gauge O/U Shotgun while disguised as a hunter. He is later seen holding the shotgun inside the house.
Other
Tranquilizer Baby WE Hi-Capa 3.8 (Type 8)
Armories and Gun Displays
Carmichael Industries' "Castle"
"Castle" was the code name for the underground CIA/NSA substation where Sarah, Casey, Chuck, and Morgan communicate with their superiors (mainly General Diane Beckman). Starting in Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01), The Buy More and everything underneath it (namely the former "Castle") was bought by Chuck & Sarah, and is now the property of "Carmichael Industries", the freelance spy organization started by Chuck and Sarah. Sarah mentions that they now have Cruise missiles, and two private jets.
Gertrude Verbanski's Office
In Season 5, several weapons are displayed in the office of Gertrude Verbanski (Carrie-Anne Moss) of the Verbanski Corporation.
Viper's Weapons
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Business Trip" (S5E04), the assassin codenamed "Viper" has an array of weapons laid out on a hotel bed.
