Durell Douglas (Ice Cube) uses a .357 Smith & Wesson Model 66 with a 2.5 inch barrel to hold up the church. He fires three rounds out of it to get the crowd's attention, and it is never fired again throughout the course of the film.
Beretta 84F
When going to check who is at the church door, Durell gives LeeJohn Jackson (Tracy Morgan) a .380 Beretta 84F with the early rounded trigger guard. This gun is never fired. It's easy to tell that it's a resin prop gun.
