Kuffs is a 1992 action comedy starring Christian Slater as George Kuffs, a young man who has to take over his deceased brother's Police Special District in San Francisco. Known for its main character speaking directly to the audience and for early appearances of Ashley Judd and Milla Jovovich. Ashley Judd was only 23 and her only previous acting appearance was as Ensign Lefler on Star Trek: The Next Generation (filmed the same time as the film).
