Chuck is an American comedic spy series that stars Zachary Levi as Chuck Bartowski, an ordinary IT worker employed at a consumer electronics store when he suddenly has the contents of the American spy supercomputer downloaded into his brain. Because he now experiences periodic flashes where he can access the supercomputer, Chuck finds himself the target of enemy operatives while members of the CIA and NSA who are assigned to protect him work undercover at his place of employment. Since Chuck and other characters have a vast knowledge of pop culture, many in-jokes are interspersed throughout the series. The series premiered in 2007 and currently airs on NBC.
The following weapons were used in the series Chuck:
Colonel John Casey (Adam Baldwin) carries a custom SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm. The SIG is fitted with Crimson Trace laser grips, and with the flat surfaces polished on the slide, as well as the controls, trigger, and hammer. According to dialogue from "Chuck Versus the Colonel", the gun is a 9mm. Many have confused this gun with the SIG-Sauer P229R Equinox pistol (especially elsewhere on the net). The two pistols are displayed here for comparison. Morgan Grimes (Joshua Gomez) is trained with this exact same weapon in "Chuck Versus the Role Models" (S3E15), which he identifies as a "SIG 229, 9mm, full metal jacket, with laser grips" (one of the many in-jokes in the series, as Adam Baldwin co-starred in the film Full Metal Jacket). He then explains that he learned about guns from playing first-person shooter video games.
SIG-Sauer P229R
When Chuck (Zachary Levi) takes his "Red Test" in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Final Exam" (S3E11), he is given a brand-new SIG-Sauer P229R. It appears that this will be his issued sidearm now that he is a spy. He is seen with it in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Other Guy" (S3E13).
SIG-Sauer P226 (Custom resembling a Tactical Operations)
It appears that in Season 4 Casey starts carrying a customized SIG-Sauer P226 as his sidearm. The pistol resemble the the Tactical Operations variant, being fitted with an Elite slide with front cocking serrations, TRUGLO Tritium Fiber Optic front sight, and extended Magwell grips with 20 round magazine. However, the pistol lacks the beavertail of the Tactical Operations pistol, has nickel accents and has had the notron finish of the slide removed from the raised portions of the cocking serrations. It was also seen in the hands of Gaez (Lou Diamond Phillips) when he threatens Carina in "Chuck Versus the Cat Squad".
A nickel SIG-Sauer P226 is seen being pulled on Morgan in "Chuck Versus the Aisle of Terror" (S4E06). The handgun is also used by Pierre Melville (Jean-Christophe Febbrari) in "Chuck Versus the Balcony" (S4E11).
SIG-Sauer P228
Sarah totes a SIG-Sauer P228 during a warehouse raid in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Other Guy".
SIG-Sauer P239
CIA Agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) is seen cleaning and wielding a two tone SIG-Sauer P239 in Season 2's "Chuck Versus the Broken Heart" (S2E18).
IMI Jericho 941
La Ciudad's bodyguard holds his Jericho 941 to Chuck's back in "Chuck Versus the Tango" (S1E03). In the same episode, a stainless Jericho is pointed at Chuck by Uri (Matthew Willig), another of La Ciudad's bodyguards before Casey knocks him out with a microwave. Sarah dual-wields a blued and a stainless Jericho at "Weap-con" in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Nacho Sampler" (S3E06). Volkoff Agent Jasmine totes a blued Jericho 941 in "Chuck Versus Agent X" (S4E22). Sarah holds a stainless Jericho and Chuck a blued one in "Chuck Versus the Role Models".
IMI Desert Eagle Mark I
Peyman Alahi and his henchmen draw their Chrome Silver and Gold IMI Desert Eagle Mark I throughout "Chuck Versus the Wookie" (S1E04). It is very likely that the gold Desert Eagle wielded by Peyman Alahi was one of the same guns built for Austin Powers in Goldmember, although the ivory grips were removed for this series. Independent Studio Services, the armorers who supplied the weapons for Chuck, also supplied weapons to Goldmember. Casey uses a similar gun, possibly the same one, at Weap-con in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Nacho Sampler". Chuck gives Sarah a chrome Desert Eagle for a mission in "Chuck Versus the Anniversary" (S4E01), but she is not seen using it. Another chrome Desert Eagle fitted with a scope and a custom compensator that matches the barrel is used in "Chuck Versus Phase Three" by Morgan Grimes (Joshua Gomez). Although John Casey (Adam Baldwin) said it didn't have any bullets; it may have implied he only gave him blanks or none at all.
In Season 1's "Chuck Versus the Wookie" (S1E04), Carina (Mini Anden) opens the trunk of her car to reveal several weapons, one being a Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith". This gun was later used by Jill Roberts (Jordana Brewster) in Season 2's "Chuck Versus the Gravitron" (S2E08).
Smith & Wesson 6906
In "Chuck Versus the Marlin" (S1E13), Sarah has Chuck pull her backup Smith & Wesson 6906 from the horseradish jar at the Wienerlicious.
Beretta 950 Jetfire (nickel)
A Beretta 950 Jetfire with nickel plating and pearl grips is used by the Flight Attendant Assassin (Josie Davis) in Season 3's "Chuck Versus First Class" (S3E05). She notably shoves the barrel up Chuck's nose. This is most likely the same gun that was used by Eva Mendes in The Spirit, since ISS supplied the weapons for that movie, as well as this series. Sarah also puts one in her boot in "Chuck Versus the Fat Lady" (S2E07).
Beretta 950 Jetfire
Another Beretta 950 Jetfire is pulled by Sarah in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Role Models" (S03E15). After Chuck and Sarah dash out of the room, the Jetfire turns into a black Walther PPK.
Beretta 90Two
The Beretta 90Two with an extended magazine is the weapon of choice for Mary Bartowski (Linda Hamilton), Chuck's mother. In "Chuck vs. the Aisle of Terror" (S4E06), she wields it in a standoff with Sarah and outside a restaurant where she meets Chuck. Casey's former teammate Mackintosh (Joel David Moore) wields this Beretta during their reunion in "Chuck Versus the Couch Lock".
Beretta 92FS
In Season 4's "Chuck Versus the Leftovers" (S4E10), Morgan Grimes (Joshua Gomez) is given a Beretta 92FS by Casey. Morgan is then seen taping it to his back à la John McClane in Die Hard. In "Chuck Versus the Couch Lock" (S4E05), members of Casey's old team as well as Casey are seen pulling their Berettas in a flashback.
Beretta 8045 Cougar
Zondra (Mercedes Masohn) carries a .40 caliber Beretta 8040 Cougar F in Season 4's "Chuck Versus the Cat Squad" and "Chuck Versus the Cliffhanger.
Colt Gold Cup National Match (Stainless)
In "Chuck Versus the Wookie" (S1E04), Carina (Mini Anden) opens her car's trunk to reveal several weapons, one being a stainless Colt Gold Cup National Match.
Colt Mustang
In Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Final Exam", Perry pulls a Colt Mustang from his ankle holster. In Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Other Guy", Sarah is also seen pulling the Colt Mustang.
Colt M1911A1 (Nickel)
Lizzie, an assassin disguised as a delivery worker pulls a suppressed bright nickel Custom M1911A1 on Sarah in Season 1's "Chuck Versus the Marlin" (S1E13).
Colt XSE 1911
In "Chuck Versus the Pink Slip" (S3E01), Chuck (Zachary Levi) holds the stainless railed Colt XSE 1911 in the opening mission in Prague, Czech Republic.
FN Five-seveN
The FN Five-seveN is the weapon of choice for operatives of the Ring. Equipped with tactical lights on their rails, Ring spies use the FN Five-seveN in "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22). A similar weapon with a laser sight is also used by Ring operative Javier Cruz (Adoni Maropis) in "Chuck Versus the Pink Slip" (S3E01) and by Sydney Prince (Angie Harmon) in "Chuck Versus Operation Awesome" (S3E04).
FN FNP-9
The FNP-9 is seen used by several adversaries in Season 4. In "Chuck Versus the Leftovers" (S4E10), Barbara (Monet Mazur) is seen threatening Casey with her handgun. Another one is seen in "Chuck Versus the Masquerade" (S4E16).
Glock 17
Laszlo Mahnovski disarms Agent Scary of his Glock 17 in the opening scene of "Chuck Versus the Sandworm" (S1E06). In "Chuck Versus the Break-Up" (S2E18), CIA Agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) is seen using a Glock variant to fire tranquilizer darts. Several Glock 17's (sometimes with suppressors) are also used by Fulcrum agents in "Chuck Versus the Colonel" and "Chuck Versus the Ring".
An undercover MI-6 agent is carrying a suppressed Heckler & Koch USP in "Chuck Versus the Tango" (S1E03). Also, one of the sheik's associates wields this pistol in "Chuck Versus the DeLorean" (S2E10). In Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Honeymooners" (S3E14), Sarah and Chuck are threatened by Interpol operatives that carry the USP's with stainless slides. Sarah is later seen holding the weapon. Sarah is seen with a black USP in a promotional image for Season 5's premiere "Chuck vs. The Zoom" (S5E01).
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
In Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Living Dead" (S3E17), Ellie (Sarah Lancaster) retrieves a two tone Heckler & Koch USP Compact from a speaker box she received from Ring agent Justin Sullivan (Scott Holroyd) when she hears someone in the house.

NAA Guardian
Sarah pulls a NAA Guardian from a magnetic thigh holster in Season 4's "Chuck Versus the Balcony". It is also used in a major continuity error in "Chuck vs. The Role Models" where ~4 different guns including a Beretta 950 Jetfire, a Walther PPK, the NAA Guardian, and one more unidentified pocket pistol, most likely a Rohrbaugh R9 are used in the scene with Otto von Vogel's tiger all spanning about 30 seconds.
Norinco Type 54 / Model 213
Two nickel-plated Norinco Type 54s are used by Mei-Ling Cho (Gwendoline Yeo) while trying to free her brother from the Chinese mafia in "Chuck Versus the Sizzling Shrimp" (S1E05). Later in the episode, she uses this pistol to hold Chuck at gunpoint. (Bizarrely, while observing from inside their SUV, Casey somehow mistakes these twin pistols for Glocks. After a flash, Chuck corrects Casey, explaining that they are "Chinese Army-issue pistols".)
Tokarev TT-33
Sarah crashes Viktor Federov's wedding with a recently commandeered Tokarev TT-33 Pistol in Season 1's "Chuck vs. The Undercover Lover".
Ruger KP90
In Season 1's "Chuck Versus the Tango" (S1E03), La Ciudad (Lorena Bernal) uses a suppressed Ruger KP90 during the shootout at the art auction.

In several Season 4 episodes, Adelbert De Smet (Richard Chamberlain) and his henchmen are armed with the stainless Taurus PT945.
Walther PPK/S
In Season 2's "Chuck Versus the Seduction" (S2E02), Roan Montgomery (John Larroquette) is seen holding a Walther PPK/S. Laura Turner (Swoosie Kurtz) is seen pulling Walther PPK/S on Sarah and Chuck in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Role Models" (S03E15).
Sarah also uses a Walther when she is seen shooting Evelyn Shaw in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the American Hero". The gun she uses appears to be a Non Gun Walther PPK.
Walther P5
In "Chuck Versus the Undercover Lover" (S1E12), Ilsa Trinchina (Ivana Milicevic) pulls a silver Walther P5 on Casey.
Walther P99
What appears to be a heavily customized Walther P99 is featured prominently in Season 1's "Chuck Versus the Imported Hard Salami". The weapon is also seen hanging in Casey's apartment arsenal as well as in the Castle. Since the handgun isn't seen fired, the P99 is most likely the Walther Nighthawk, a CO2 airgun.
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 625
In Season 2's "Chuck Versus Santa Clause", Noseless Ned Ryerson pulls what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 625 to hold Chuck and the others hostage in the Buy More. Devon Woodcomb (Ryan McPartlin) is later seen holding the revolver.

He later is able to use it while rescuing Sarah and Chuck from a Ring facility in "Chuck Versus the Pink Slip" (S3E01). In "Chuck Versus the Leftovers" (S4E10), several miniguns are activated at the Buy More when Volkoff enters the store.

Lon Kirk fires a custom rocket launcher referred to in the episode as the "M2 84mm Rocket Launcher" by Casey, at a ship carrying not only counterfeiting plates, but also Morgan and Anna in "Chuck vs. The Crown Vic" (S1E11). In Season 4's "Chuck Versus the Seduction Impossible" (S4E22), Brigadier General Diane Beckman (Bonita Friedericy) also uses the launcher. This prop appears to have been used as a substitute for the Spike Missile Launcher in NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles.
Other
Tranquilizer Baby Hi-Capa 3.8
The "Trank Gun" frequently seen used by Chuck in the series is an airsoft handgun known as the Baby Hi-Capa 3.8. The airsoft pistol is customized to fire tranquilizer darts with the standard "Green Gas" rather than airsoft pellets. It is also is customized with an extended chrome barrel, and a red/green laser sight on a bottom accessory rack . The ammo is varied, but most commonly used are the "10mg Darts". The darts can also be stuck manually into someone to gain the same effect. It has been referred to several times that the medication in the darts is a diluted Tetradotoxin (Anhydrotetrodotoxin) solution. There is another kind of dart that has a fast-acting small dose of Ketamine. Because of Chuck's distaste for real weapons, the team begins to use the trank guns much more often beginning in Season 4, especially on kidnapping missions. The trank guns are often used on unarmed/unsuspecting persons instead of more lethal weapons.
Tranquilizer Weapon
In Season 1's "Chuck Versus the Helicopter", another tranquilizer dart weapon appears, and looks to have been built up from an M16-type receiver. This same Tranquilizer gun was earlier used to trank Casey.
Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector
Another is seen at the Weap-Con in "Chuck Versus the Nacho Sampler".
Tranquilizing Syringe Gun
Frank (Yuri) uses some type of syringe gun to trank Chuck, and get him out of the presence of General Beckmann, in "Chuck vs. The Pink Slip"
Barcode Scanner Gun
Casey's Buy More acceptable covert weapon of choice hidden inside a barcode scanner. First seen in Season 2's "Chuck Versus the Cougars", the weapon appears to be a stainless slide Glock or a Springfield XD.
M26 Hand Grenade
Mrs. Winterbottom creates an IED out of a block of MI6 issue C4 and an M26 hand grenade to "scuffle the house" in "Chuck vs. Agent X." She attaches the pin to a spool of yarn and proceeds to dash out of the house with Team Bartowski.
Grappling Pistol
Sarah fires a Grappling Hook Pistol to gain access into the Moroccan keep in "Chuck vs. The Seduction Impossible"
Laser Pistol
Chuck uses a laser pistol to cut through a sewage grate, and a sandstone wall in "Chuck vs. The Seduction Impossible"
"Castle"
"Castle", is the code name for the underground CIA/NSA substation where Sarah, Casey, Chuck, and Morgan communicate with their superiors (mainly General Diane Beckman). Castle is located underground somewhere between the former Orange-Orange and the current Buy More. It is comprised of a main area for team debriefing, a video conference room for federal debriefs comprised of a series of large computer screens, 2 prisoner wings (1 solitary, 1 bulletproof acrylic holding cells), 1 interrogation wing, a Dojo for martial arts practice, an armory with a huge selection of weapons including 3+ Casey custom SIG P229s, a shooting range, and a scientific analytical labratory, 1 wing that was used for the National Clandestine Service with maximum security holding cells, now it is used as a maximum security prisoner holding facility, and recently revealed in "Chuck vs. Agent X", a room for secret vehicle development. It is unclear how general maintenance such as changing light bulbs and sweeping the floors is up kept in this top secret base seeing as CIA and NSA headquarters are in DC and Castle is in Burbank.
"Weap-con"
In Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Nacho Sampler", a massive fictional weapons conference known as "Weap-con" features many weapons. In addition to the very prominently displayed ones, there are few that are only briefly glimpsed on weapons racks in the background.
Casey's Apartment Armory
Casey keeps a hidden armory in his apartment.
Chuck's Apartment Sofa Armory
Sarah created a mini armory in Chuck's sofa due to the "30 ft. rule" without Chuck's approval. Please note the inscription on the Trank Guns. Blurry though it may be, it reads "BABY HI-CAPA 3.8"
Trivia
Throughout several episodes of the show, usually whenever Chuck "flashes" on gun-runners or other criminals, the Intersect shows him pictures of large armory rooms full of guns. All of these images are pictures of the weapons vault of Independent Studio Services, the company which supplies the weapons and other props used on Chuck. If you've ever been curious to know what a Hollywood prop house's armory looks like, now you know!
