In Season 2's premiere "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), a terrorist suspect named Kurt Hauff has a two-tone SIG-Sauer P226. A stainless SIG-Sauer P226 used in "Kame'e" by a hired assassin sent to kill SEAL Team 9 commandos in Hawaii.
SIG-Sauer P226 E2
Lieutenant Commander Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) uses a SIG-Sauer P226E2 with taclight (possibly McGarrett's) in "Ha'i'ole" (S2E01).
Officer Lori Weston carried a Glock 19 for her first two episodes of Season 2 before switching to a SIG-Sauer P239 in Mea Makamae (S02E04). HPD Captain Vincent Fryer (Tom Sizemore) also appears to use a Glock 19 during a hostage situation in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).

In ""Kame'e" (S02E03), the camera feed shown at the Naval Situation Room in Pearl Habor shows M4A1-equipped Navy SEALs raiding the compound of the El Barro cartel. McGarrett and Weston both use M4A1s while responding to the bank robbery in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).
Colt AR-15A2 Government Carbine
Honolulu Police SWAT operators use what appear to be Colt AR-15A2 Government Carbines as their main assault rifles in the series.

What appears to be an AKMS assault rifle is used by an El Barro gunman in "Kame'e".

One of the cultists in "Ua Law Wale" briefly holds Lori Weston (Lauren German) at gunpoint with a Ruger Mini-14 with a black finish and metallic upper receiver.

An Accuracy International AW is used by the Hawaii Sheriff Division's SWAT team to take down a supposed escaped inmate in "Lanakila" (S01E04). It's also used as a murder weapon in "Ko'olauloa" (S01E06).
Blaser R93 LRS2
A Blaser R93 LRS2 is used by Kono in "Hana 'a'a Makehewa" (S01E12) to wound Victor Hesse during his fight with McGarrett.
M40 Sniper Rifle
Steve McGarrett's father's M40 Sniper Rifle was used by McGarrett and Joe in "Kame'e" at the Marine Corp Base's Ulupa'u Crater Rifle Range.
The FN MAG mocked up as an M240B is used by an Army escort that engages the hostile gunship in the pilot episode. A photo of a real M240G is seen in "Powa Maka Moana". Another M240G was seen mounted on an American Coast Guard cutter in "Mea Makamae".

A Hawaii Sheriff Division SWAT operator aims a Defense Technologies 37mm Gas Gun at a supposed escapee in "Lanakila" from the Halawa Corrections Facility, having an 12'O clock rail and EOTech sight.

A Norinco Type 69 RPG is found by the Five-0 team during a raid in "Poi'pu".
M67 Hand Grenade
In "Powa Maka Moani" (S1E17), McGarrett uses an M67 Hand Grenade to breach the metal door leading to the back of Lono's pawn shop.

Prepared by McGarrett and Kono to temporarily blind the NVG goggles used by rogue security contractors in "Poi'pu".
