Barney "The Schizo" Ross (Sylvester Stallone) acquires a Beretta 92FS when confronting General Garza's soldiers and uses it till he throws it away while making a run for the plane on the docks.

Christmas carries a Beretta 92G Elite 1A on his vest in a cross draw holster. He uses it in conjunction with his knives in the final assault on General Garza's fortress. Hale Ceasar is also seen with one holstered on his right leg during the final fortress battle
Custom Single Action Army
Ross (Sylvester Stallone) also carries a Single Action Army with a shortened barrel, compensator cuts and no front sight in a back holster that he keeps in the three o'clock position.

A customized M1911A1 is seen in Gunnar's (Dolph Lundgren) hands before pursuing Ross and Yang. He tries to use it at the factory after the chase, but Ying Yang kicks it out of his hands before he could fire a shot. The pistols look like the ones used by Thomas Jane in the The Punisher (2004).
Heckler & Koch P9S
One of General Garza's soldiers holds a Heckler & Koch P9S when he's taken down by Christmas.
While in some scenes he appears to carry a Beretta in his holster, the Brit (Gary Daniels) is seen holding what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 469 on the dock that's dumped with gasoline by Ross. This is highly likely a continuity error, because seconds before he fired a Glock 26.
An FN F2000 Tactical is used by Ross, and later by Ying Yang, with an EOTech, flashlight, and laser sight during the mission to rescue hostages on the hijacked oil tanker.

In February 2009, ISS (Independent Studio Services) received 12 Vltor VIS-1s with Diplomat barrel assemblies, with KX-3 flashhiders. ISS also received 24 EMod stocks from Vltor, which were intend to be used in The Expendables. They are converted to full auto.
