Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid is a 1973 Western directed by Sam Peckinpah and stars Kris Kristofferson as Billy the Kid and James Coburn as Pat Garrett (Coburn also co-starred in Young Guns II, another film version of Billy the Kid's story).
The following guns were used in the film Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid:
Single Action Army "Artillery"
The "Artillery" model of the Single Action Army revolver is the most common handgun used in the film, used by both Billy the Kid (Kris Kristofferson) and Pat Garrett (James Coburn).
Winchester 1892
Billy the Kid (Kris Kristofferson) uses the Winchester Model 1892 rifle throughout the film. Pat Garrett and other characters use the rifle as well.
Double Barreled Shotgun
Bob Ollinger (R.G. Armstrong) keeps a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun loaded with 16 dimes in each barrel, which Billy later uses and says, "keep the change, Bob".
