The following weapons were used in the film Blade II:
Pistols
Heckler & Koch USP Match
A new addition to Blade's (Wesley Snipes) arsenal are a pair of H&K USP Matchs modified with laser sights, and a rail like attachment.

Reinhardt (Ron Perlman) uses two Beretta 92FS handguns heavily customized with huge blades at the bottom of the barrels, and laser sights as his sidearms. Seemed to be based more on a 1911 style pistol than a Beretta.
Desert Eagle
Chupa (Matt Schulze) carries a two toned Desert Eagle as his Sidearm. Scud (Norman Reedus) also wields two Desert Eagles outside of the nightclub.
Colt Double Eagle
Priest (Tony Curran) carries a Colt Double Eagle as his sidearm.
Heckler & Koch Mk 23 Mod 0
Lighthammer (Daz Crawford) carries a H&K Mk 23 Mod 0 as his sidearm.
Glock 17
In the beginning of the film, a blood bank security guard shoots Jared Nomak (Luke Goss) in the back several times with a Glock 17.
Submachine Guns
MAC-11
In the beginning of the film, Blade (Wesley Snipes) uses a heavily modified MAC-10/11 with 16 rd. mags to dispatch several vampires. He is also seen briefly wielding the modified MAC-11 from Blade 1 in a flashback.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Verlaine (Marit Velle Kile) is armed with a H&K MP5K-PDW. Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) also carries a H&K MP5K while in the sewers.
Skorpion Vz. 61
Nyssa (Leonor Varela) can often be seen wielding two Skorpion SAs.
Heckler & Koch G36K
Many of Damaskino's familiar guards at the research facility at the end of the film are armed with Heckler & Koch G36Ks.
FN P90
The familiar guards who are not armed with the Heckler & Koch G36K are armed with the FN P90.
Rifles
M16A2
Chupa (Matt Schulze) is armed with an M16A2 assault rifle fitted with a Surefire (Laser Products) 660 tactical flashlight. It is first seen fitted with two MWG 90-round magazines coupled together, while they are in the night club, and then with a standard 30 round magazine when they are in the sewers.
Colt Model 727
Asad's (Danny John-Jules) weapon is an Colt Model 727 fitted with an M203 grenade launcher.
AR-15
Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) also wields an AR-15 fitted with a scope and Surefire M500AB tactical flashlight on the fore-grip when they first meet the Bloodpack.
Grenade Launchers

An M203 grenade launcher is mounted on Asad's (Danny John-Jules) Colt Model 727.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Reinhardt (Ron Perlman) uses a Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a TacStar pistol grip, and modified to fire silver stakes as well as regular ammunition as his weapon.
Snipers
Heckler & Koch PSG-1
While outside of the nightclub, Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) can be seen armed with a Heckler & Koch PSG-1 sniper rifle on a nearby roof.
