P.S. btw, MT2008, I know you can ''send'' to anonymous users, but if they don't even make an account, why would they check it or its discussion. He might look though.

Re:Tybalts Gun

Hi,

I don't know what type of compensator is fitted to Tybalt's Taurus PT99, but I believe that the guns used in the film were specially customized with scratch-built accessories by the movie's armorers. Look at Mercutio's Taurus, for instance, which has see-through grips and sections of the frame cut away to reveal the internals of the gun...that was obviously a job by a very good gunsmith. I'd imagine same gunsmith was responsible for constructing the compensator on Tybalt's gun from scratch. But I'm not sure. When I owned a Taurus, I never bought any accessories for it besides mags. -MT2008

Likely, compensators are easy to machine and fit with the right tools. I recommend some websites like www.gunbroker.com, www.eBay.com, or www.gunsamerica.com, they all sell some nice gun goodies. I personally bought a compensator for my M1911 from eBay, custom machined from this guy who used to work for Winchester. -GM45
