The following guns were used in the movie American Gangster
Colt 1911
Beretta 950 Jetfire
The Beretta Jetfire is chambered in .25 ACP, and was first manufactured in 1953 as a carry or holdout pistol.
Cobray M11 SMG
That's not an elongated receiver, that's a MAC-10 fullsize, but the magazine looks like 9mm
- I agree, I don't think it's elongated at all. It also doesn't have the same style folding stock as the full-auto version of the M11/9. Also, an FYI: The Cobray M11 did not exist in the 1970s when the movie takes place, so if they were using one in this movie, it would be an anachronism. But like I said, that's not a Cobray M11.
