The following guns were used in the television series Prison Break:
Pistols
Glock 17
Michael Scofield carried a Generation 2 Glock 17 during the bank robbery in order to get himself incarcerated into Fox River. This is possibly the most common weapon seen throughout season 4. Characters including Donald Self (Michael Rapaport) uses this as a sidearm.
Glock 19
Special Agent Danny Hale carried a Generation 2 Glock 19 as his service sidearm in Season 1. Brad Bellick retrieves one from and carried it throughout the prison riot during Season 1. Alexander Mahone (William Fichtner ) carried a 2nd generation as his service sidearm during Season 2. Christina Scofield (Kathleen Quinlan) uses one in season 4 along with Trishanne (Shannon Lucio.
SIG-Sauer P226
Seen as one of the pistols Wyatt (Cress Williams) carries in season 4.
SIG-Sauer P228
Paul Kellerman (Paul Adelstein) carried a P228, often fitted with a supressor, as his service firearm throughout Season 1 and the start of Season 2 before being taken by Lincoln. He used one to frame LJ for the murder of his mother and step father in Season 1 and to assassinate Latisha Barris. Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) takes Kellermans P228 and carried it during Season 2 he also got another one during Season 4.
SIG-Sauer P230
Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) holds a P230 on Lisa (Stacy Haiduk) in an attempt to gain leverage on General Krantz in S4E12 "Selfless."
Smith & Wesson 5906
Alex Mahone (William Fichtner) is given a S&W 5906 by his ex-wife, and uses it as his sidearm for several of the episodes in season 4.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Paul Kellerman (Paul Adelstein) uses this pistol throughout season 2.
Heckler & Koch P7M13
William Kim (Reggie Lee) carries a silenced Heckler & Koch P7M13 as his sidearm in a cross draw shoulder holster for most of season 2.
Browning Hi-Power
In season 2, Brad Bellick (Wade Williams) holds a Browning Hi-Power on Lincoln, Michael and Nika. When they escape, Lincoln takes the pistol from him. The pistol is briefly taken from Lincoln by Nika (Holly Valance) when she decides to turn them in, but Lincoln reveals that he took the magazine out and put it in his pocket.
Colt Mustang
In season 3, a Colt Mustang is smuggled into the prison Sona and used by Sammy (Laurence Mason). It is then wielded by Lechero (Robert Wisdom) in the finale of season 3. In season 4, Gretchen (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) uses this pistol as her sidearm.
Beretta 92FS
Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) & Fernando Sucre (Amaury Nolasco) are seen with this weapon in season 4. Don Self (Michael Rapaport) also uses one briefly in S4E12 "Selfless."
Walther PPK
James Whistler (Chris Vance) used a Walther PPK .380 in the premiere of Season 4. In season 2, Mahone (William Fichtner) uses this pistol as his back up gun.
Colt M1911A1

The MP5K is used by a Company Agent in the 2X22 Prison Break Series
Heckler & Koch MP5SD
Gretchen aims the Gate employee with a MP5SD in the 4X12 Prison Break Series. In the episode, despite being a trained killer, she inexpertly sprays from the hip rather than shoulder the weapon when shooting at the employee.
Assault Rifles
Colt M4
Fox River prison guards carried M4's often fitted with flashlights. Army and SWAT units also used M4s during the prison riot during Season 1.
M16A2 Rifle
Army and SWAT units used M16A2 Rifles during the prison riot during Season 1.
Heckler & Koch G36K
T-Bag (Robert Knepper) held a G36, model K during, Season 4 episode 12. Whilde holding the GATE office building hostage.

Sniper Rifles
Remington 700PSS
Mahone aims and shoot a Remington 700PSS fitted with an Accuracy Internation Chassis System in Season 4. SWAT Snipers used these rifles during the prison riot during Season 1.
