The following firearms were used in the film Dumb and Dumber:
Colt Python
J.P. Shay (Karen Duffy), one of the kidnappers, carries a Colt Python with a four inch barrel throughout the film.
Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless
Joe Mentalino (Mike Starr), the other kidnapper, carries a Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless in a shoulder holster.
Walther PP
Nick uses a Walther PP to threaten Lloyd, Harry, and Mary.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Harry Dunne (Jeff Daniels) fires all six shots from the Smith & Wesson Model 10 (given to him by the FBI) at Nick, missing each one. Special Agent Beth Jordan (Victoria Rowell) also carries a Model 10, as does Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) in his daydream.
Colt Official Police
The lead FBI agent (Felton Perry) bursting into Harry and Lloyd's room in Aspen carries a Colt Official Police.
Beretta 92FS
Most of the FBI agents carry Beretta 92FS pistols, despite the FBI not being issued these in real life.
