WWII G.I. (1999)

WWII G.I., also known as WW2GI, is a first-person shooter based on Duke Nukem 3D's source code.

The following weapons appear in WWII G.I.:

M1 Thompson

The M1 Thompson is the player's starting weapon. It carries 168 rounds, and reloads when 28 are fired. It has 48 rounds when the game starts, much like Duke Nukem 3D's pistol.

MP40

The MP40 is inaccurately depicted to be the Germans' main weapon, carried by most Heer infantry and SS soldiers. It carries 180 rounds, and reloads when 30 are fired. Oddly, the MP40's rate of fire is faster when carried by the player.

M1 Garand

The M1 Garand is used by NPC Allied soldiers. The Garand merely served as a 'decoration' as its damage is the same as the M1 Thompson, also its firing sound is based on the M1 Thompson and the BAR. The Garand is also carried by Medics and Demolition Engineers, but they never use it. A M1 Garand attached with a grenade launcher is available to the player. Because of the Build engine mechanism's limits (it fires bazooka rounds), it is possible to destroy a tank using the Grenade Garand.

Karabiner 98k

The Karabiner 98k is used by German snipers (scoped variant), and also available for the player. It holds 50 rounds, and reloads when 5 are fired. Oddly, when the rifle was dropped by snipers, its scope was gone, and it has no muzzle flash.

The M1 Bazooka is used by the player. There is 33% chance to destroy a tank using the bazooka. It holds 6 rounds.
