Handguns
Unknown modified Pistol
There is a unknown gun type in the game that is called a Kalt
Bul Cherokee
The Bul Cherokee Appears as the Tokmak. On a another note, it's name is a combo of the TT-33 and the Makarov.(TOkarev/MAKarov)
MP-412 REX
The MP-412 REX only appears if you pre-order the game, it is called the Caesar Revolver.
Shotguns
SRM 1216 Rotary Shotgun
The SRM 1216 rotary shotgun appears as the "Hjammerdeim Shotgun".
"Mossington" Shotgun
A Resistance fighter can be seen using a fictional shotgun called the "Mossington" Shotgun (which is clearly an amalgamation of "Mossberg" and "Remington"). The shotgun is too far removed from any real-world design, but bears an aesthetic similarity to the Benelli M4 Super 90 and FN Tactical Police.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch UMP
The Heckler & Koch UMP is called the "Galactic SMG" ingame. This is a play on its name, as UMP translated into English is Universal Submachine Gun, or shortened to Universal SMG.
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
The Heckler & Koch MP7 with the stock retracted and the grip folded makes it into the game, but is only available to those who preorder at Walmart or on Steam and receive the "Spec Ops" Pack. Referred to as the "Hockler Machine Pistol"
TDI Vector
The TDI Vector is referred to as the "Kross SMG" ingame.
Brügger & Thomet TP-9
A Brügger & Thomet TP-9 (equipped with the folding stock from a Brügger & Thomet MP-9 appears as the "Tampa SMG".
Rifles
CARB-9 SMG (Kel-Tec SU-16/Colt 9mm SMG)
The BestBuy exclusive "Fallout" Pack comes with skins for the "CARB-9 SMG", which appears to be a combination of several Kel-Tec SU-16 variants, mainly the SU-16D, with an added pistol grip. The SMG designation and the its 9mm chambering means this is aping the Colt 9mm SMG
Magpul PDR-C
The Magpul PDR-C is called the "Bulpdaun SMG" ingame.
M14 MCS
The M14 MCS rifle appears as the "Gerund Assault Rifle".
FN SCAR-H
A FN SCAR-H with a shortened handguard appears as the "Rokstedi Assault Rifle".
SIG SG 550
The SIG SG 550 assault rifle is known as the "Rhett Assault Rifle" in-game with a much shorter barrel.
Sniper Rifles
Mauser SR-93
A Mauser SR-93 sniper rifle can be seen in the game's promotional material.

DSR-1
A visually modified DSR-1 appears as the "Drognav Rifle".
Machine Guns
M249
The FN M249 machine gun appears as the "Maximus Machinegun". Both the weapon's handguard and heat shield have been altered.
"Gottlung Mini-gun"
A four-barreled handheld minigun called the "Gottlung Mini-gun" is available ingame. The weapon resembles a cross between a GShG-7.62 minigun and a GE M134 minigun.
Other
Molotov Cocktail
A molotov cocktail can be used as a grenade in game by either team. This is the only grenade that can be utilized by both sides in the game.
Brügger & Thomet GL-06
The Brügger & Thomet GL-06 can be seen in the cinematic trailer being fired by a Rastafarian resistance fighter.
