The Taking of Pelham 123 is the 2009 remake of the 1974 thriller The Taking of Pelham One Two Three. The film was directed by Tony Scott and stars Denzel Washington, James Gandolfini, and John Travolta.
The following weapons were used in the film The Taking of Pelham 123:
SIG-Sauer P229R
Ryder (John Travolta) carries a two-tone SIG-Sauer P229R as his primary weapon.
Walther PPK/S
A Walther PPK/S is put in one of the money bags, where it mysteriously turns into a Kahr K9. Another error is that the NYPD officer showing Walter Garber how to use the PPK/S indicates that the safety was on when it was really off, and vice-versa.
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Bashkim (Victor Gojcaj), one of the hijackers, when he and the rest of the gang attempt to flee.
Glock 19
NYPD officers in the subway tunnels and above ground are armed with Glock 19 pistols.
Kahr K9
The Walther PPK/S that was hidden for Walter Garber (Denzel Washington) magically transforms into a stainless steel Kahr K9 when he confronts Ryder (John Travolta). Washington is seen flipping the safety "off", a feature Kahr pistols do not have (Edit: This statement is not entirely accurate. Some Kahr pistols do in fact have safeties. The K9 series, however, does not).
Intratec TEC-9
Delgado (Ramon Rodriguez), one of the hijackers, carries a Intratec TEC-9 submachine gun.
SIG SG 552
A SIG SG 552 assault rifle with tri-rails is used by Bashkim during the hijacking.
SIG-Sauer SSG 3000
A NYPD sniper is shown aiming a SIG-Sauer SSG 3000 rifle fitted with a Harris bipod and what looks like a Leatherwood/Hi-Lux Computer scope at the hijacked subway car.
M4A1
NYPD ESU teams are seen carrying M4A1's into the tunnel as they prepare to engage the hijackers.
