M134

A portable minigun is carried by heavily armored mercenaries employed by Lazarevic, and can be used by Drake. While the weapon is called "GAU-19" and has a GAU-19 pickup icon, the in-game weapon is a GE M134. The configuration of the minigun seems to be based on Destroyer's fake GAU-19 from the movie Doom.

Beretta 92FS Inox

A 9mm Beretta 92FS Inox is one of the side-arms, named "92FS" in the game. It is used by Elena, Drake, and is also the sidearm for Zoran Lazarevic.

AKM

Used by Lazarevic's merecenaries early in the game. Nathan also favors it. During the assault on the mountain village, several villagers also use these, presumably obtained from fallen enemies.

FN FAL

The FN FAL can be seen in the hands of the mercenaries and Nathan, it is named "FAL" in the game. The FAL fires in three round bursts and has a red dot sight that somehow zooms in slightly. The charging handle and ejector port swap positions (charge right, eject left) so that the AK reload animations could simply be ported over for the FAL.

Smith & Wesson Model 629 Classic

Called "Wess .44," it is once again Sully's preferred sidearm. It has huge accuracy at range.

Colt Defender

Named ".45 Defender" he carries it while in Borneo, early in the game. The gun's slide marks it as a Chinese pistol and calls it a "Type 85." (as seen in the strategy guide). Chloe Frazier carries a custom made model that has a flaming skull on the slide that is painted to appear that the bullet is coming out of the skull's mouth.

Desert Eagle

Called the "Desert 5" in game, it is Harry Flynn's preferred sidearm, and is sometimes seen equipped with a laser sight and used by mercenaries as a sniper like weapon. It is very powerful, likely the .50 AE version, due to damage and the magazine containing 7 rounds.

SVD Dragunov

Named "Dragon Sniper", it's the only sniper rifle in the game. Weirdly portrayed as having a laser sight when used by enemies, but when obtained by Nate no laser sight is attached and when aimed, no laser can be seen.

Mossberg 590 "Compact Cruiser"

Seen carried by Lazervic's men, named "Moss-12" ingame. It appears in the early stages of the game before being replaced by the SPAS-12. The like SPAS, the barrel appears to be stainless steel, and either brown synthetic or wood grips.

Franchi SPAS-12

Called the "SAS-12" in game. Carried by Lazarevic's mercenaries. For some reason, Nate works the pump at incredible speed, while Lazarevic's men seem to pump it at a normal rate. The barrel area appears to be polished to a silver coloring.

Colt M723/727

The M727 is used later in the game by Lazarevic's men. Nate uses one during the final shootout with Lazarevic. The reload animation is wrong, instead of pulling back the charging handle or the bolt catch, Nate reloads it like an AK-47 by pulling back a invisible charging handle on the dust cover. Incorrectly called "M4" in-game.

Micro Uzi

Called "Micro 9mm" ingame, it is used in place of a pistol. Enemies equipped with riot shields will often use this weapon, firing it one handed while staying in cover behind the shield.

RPG 7

Used by Lazarevic's men. Nate procures these and uses them to attempt to shoot down an enemy HIND chopper, and later to destroy a tank.

Luger P08

Picked up from dead Nazi in ice caves. Somehow this Luger works perfectly after 70 years in the snow, even though they were known to be unreliable even when in much nicer conditions. But nobody's complaining, right? It is also seen in Shambala, where Chloe finds one on the body of dead explorers, who apparently have strange choices in weapons. They appear to carry Lugers along with Beretta Inoxes and AKs, leaving their nationality and the time period they arrived rather convoluted.

M32 Grenade Launcher

Called the "M32 Hammer", commonly used by gas-mask wearing enemies, the grenades leave a plume of smoke behind them when fired. Nate uses this weapon to shoot down a HIND in Nepal. It has an ammunition capacity of 4 instead of 6, likely for balance reasons. The grenades have a timed fuse, but will detonate on impact with an enemy.

MP40

Confirmed available in the Ice Cave and Sewage areas and is named as the MP40. However, the MP40s still manage to work after being left in the sewers and submerged in snow for 70 years. But hey, no game's absolutely perfect when it come's to realism. When Drake uses the MP40 he uses hold its it correctly, under the barrel, as opposed to almost every video game and movie where its held incorrectly by the magazine.

Double Barrel

Lazarovich uses a double barreled shotgun as his weapon of choice.

Pistole

The "Pistole" appears to be an excessively sawed-off break-open double barrel shotgun, though it seems to also have the ejection port of a pump-action. Given it first appears during the Nepal chapters in singleplayer, it's probably supposed to be some kind of antique firearm.
