Revision as of 09:58, 11 April 2011
The following weapons appear in the video game Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield:
- Guns shown in italic are added in Rainbow Six 3: Athena Sword.
- Guns shown in bold are added in Rainbow Six 3: Iron Wrath.
Pistols
The pistols are the secondary weapons in the game along with the machine pistols.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is the most common pistol in the game and is referred as the '92F'. It can be modified with a suppressor or a high capacity magazine. Note the gun comes with tritium illuminated sights.
IMI Desert Eagle
The Desert Eagle in the game comes in both .357 or .50 versions. It can be modified with a suppressor or high capacity magazine. There is very little difference between the model in-game.
Heckler & Koch Mark 23 Mod 0
It can be modified with a suppressor and high capacity magazine.
Heckler & Koch USP40
It can be modified with a suppressor and high capacity magazine.
SIG-Sauer P228
It can be modified with a suppressor or a 30 round high capacity magazine.
Glock 17
FN FiveseveN
The older version of the FN Five-seveN appears in the game as the 'AP Army'. It can be modified with a suppressor or a high capacity magazine. It is incorrectly modeled with an external hammer instead of being striker-fired.
Beretta 93R
The Beretta 93R is referred as the '93R' and is the only machine-pistol in the game under the pistol category. It can be modified with everything. Note the absence of a safety on the slide which makes it a 93R and not a 92FS converted to full auto fire. Like the Beretta 92FS in the game it comes with tritium illuminated sights.
Steyr SPP
The Steyr SPP is referred as the 'SPP' and can be only modified with a suppressor because of its standard 20 round magazine. It is the semi-automatic-only version of the Steyr TMP.
Machine Pistols
Can be used as a main weapon or a side arm. Machine Pistols can only be fitted with an extended magazine.
SR-2 Veresk
MAC-11/9
SA vz. 61 Skorpion
IMI Micro Uzi
Submachine Guns
All Submachine Guns can be modified with a suppressor, an ACOG scope, or a high capacity magazine.

Heckler & Koch MP5A4
This weapon comes in two version the 9mm MP5A4 or the 10mm MP5/10.
Heckler & Koch MP5/10A2
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Heckler & Koch MP5SD5
Can only be modified with an ACOG scope, or a high capacity magazine because of the built in suppressor. Cannot use JHP rounds.
FN P90
Belgian 5.7x28mm SMG with a capacity of 50+1 rounds. Cannot be fitted with a high capacity magazine. Oddly, it doesn't have a see-through polymer magazine like the actual SMG.
Heckler & Koch PDW (MP7 prototype)
Modernized PDW from H&K, fires the 4.6x30mm round. Has a incorrect capacity of 30 rounds instead of 20 or 40.
Steyr TMP
This weapon can be equipped with a suppressor.
Heckler & Koch UMP
This weapon can be equipped with both a suppressor and a reflex sight.
Spectre M4
Beretta M12S
Micro Tavor MTAR-21
Is equipped with a MARS sight by default. It has a 30 round magazine, and it is 9mm not 5.56x45mm. its a sub-machine gun.
Assault Rifles
All Assault Rifles can be modified with a suppressor, an ACOG scope, or a 100 round high capacity magazine.
AK-47
The model in-game is based on the type 1 receiver, not only were very few type 1 ak47s made it's very unlikely that a modern special forces team would use a gun made 62 years ago. Also on the weapon model the safety is on even when you fire the weapon.
How is that any different than R6 using the Beretta PM12? And also, in Lockdown, whenever you look at someone else's weapon, their safety is on, even if they are firing or had just fired. It's not just a problem with this game.
AK-74M
OT-14 Groza
Steyr AUG A1
This rifle comes with a built-in scope.
FAMAS G2
This weapon can be equipped with a reflex sight.
