Yeah, a notice would be nice. I worked several hours on this, and checked first that there was a "documentary" category.

Suggestion: I would take "Borat" out of that category. It's a mockumentary, which belongs in comedy, not documentary.

Anyway, I dig the site. Keep up the good work.

Will add more images later. There's a lot of 'em. April1775

Unfortunately, it is IMFDB policy that we don't allow documentaries. This site is for guns in fictional media only. This page is going to have to go. My apologies. -MT2008 20:12, 25 March 2011 (CDT)

Then why is there a category of documentaries? http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Category:Documentary And non-fictional media like the gun game show "Top Shot" http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Top_Shot ?

Also, "Guns and Weed: The Road to Freedom" IS a documentary, but has a lot of fictional vignettes and re-enactments done with actors. (note on page I created, some people are credited as interviewees and some as actors). April1775

Sorry

But there is a moratorium on all Documentaries on IMFDB. We are in the process of deleting all but a few grandfathered entries on IMFDB. My apologies. You did a lot of work and I sincerely apologize. We need to post the BAN on documentaries in places that are more clear to new members. That being said. This page is still going to be deleted. MoviePropMaster2008 23:29, 25 March 2011 (CDT)

Gotcha.

April1775
