The following firearms and weapons were used in the 1993 German war film Stalingrad:
MP40
One of the guns seen in the film very often, most notably used by Leutnant von Witzland:
PPSh-41 Submachine Gun
The PPSh-41 is beyond debate the weapon seen most often, as it is used by Soviet soldiers as well as by German soldiers.
Karabiner 98k
The Kar98k is seen used by Germans occasionally.
Mosin Nagant M91/30 Sniper Rifle
The M91/30 is only seen briefly in the entire movie.
MG34
DP-1928
Various light machine guns are used by the Red army that are never seen clearly. It can be assumed that they are DP-1928's. A coaxial DP-1928 (Degtyaryov DT) also appear on the Soviet tanks later in the film.
Flammenwerfer 35
Walther P38
Luger P08
The cruel German captain Haller uses one.
Model 24 Stielhandgranate
The German soldier Feldmann (Thorsten Bollof) is seen throwing a Model 24 into a Russian MG-position. Later in the movie Unteroffizier Manfred "Rollo" Rohleder (Jochen Nickel) and the young soldier "GeGe Müller" (Sebastian Rudolph) try to use a "Geballte Ladung", a bunch of Grenades against a Russian T-34 before another Wehrmacht soldier threw a Molotov cocktail at it.
